Has to be the staff. All three of the guys were very welcoming and went out of their way for me. All advice given in Engl;ish and Arabic to show to locals for help. Spot on.

The hosts Ehab, Peter and Mustaffah made us most welcome and looked after all our needs without any problems. Very safe place too!

They were very helpful, especially when arranging airport transfer and flexible with a very late arrival time. Very friendly. Aircon in room was nice.

The staff were very very friendly and helpful, and the hostel itself was comfortable and clean. Better than a lot that I have been to all over the world!

This hostel was the best place i've stayed in Egypt during my one month there..it has a perfect location within few steps from the museum and the main train station. they organized very nice tour for us with a cheaper price we've found somewhere else and was even better.we'll not forget the evening music party we had in the hostel and you guys played it well,we promise to come back!

The hype about the staff is true...the guys were awesome and a great help. The location is perfect, you can see the nile, walk to Cairo's best restaurants and close enough that cab rides won't gauge you too much. Also I recommend the party boats at night...memorable times thanks to Wake up.

It's a very cosy house hostel. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Fanstastic tours all over Egypt can be organized through them.

Staff are all so friendly and I feel like I can still have friends when I am away from home! The guys were all so nice and helpful, I had wonderful and unforgettable time in Egypt and will sure go back soon!

The boys at Wake Up! are the best! They take care of everything for you, from organising tours to ordering your meals. We didnt need to worry about a thing. The best hostel in the WORLD! The beds are great and very comfy, rooms and bathrooms clean, and great room to sit and relax and watch TV. Everything taken care of, the staff are great! We will be back.

This was a great hostel for a short stay in Cairo. Right by the Egyptian museum. All the staff were really helpful and friendly which is a nice break from the city chaos. They gave helpful info for all attractions would definitely recommend.

Great place! It's a small hostel that really feels more like home than a hostel. A relaxing oasis where you will find refuge from the busy and noisy life in Cairo. Staff is very friendly and can arrange cheap tours as well as providing u with valuable advice on where and how to go.

Excellent staff- so friendly and more than willing to help with anything. They made our first few days in Egypt a lot easier than I expected and gave us great advice on where else to go and see. Nice, relaxed atmosphere- easily the best hostel we stayed in!

The staff are really friendly, and the hostel is in a great location. I really recommend this place to people who are looking for a really good budget option in Cairo.

very friendly, rooms and place very clean, everybody was fun and welcoming. We booked our tour with these guys and we had a fantastic time unfaultable and great value :) would definately reccommend this hotel.
