Kelly LuckmanEveryone was so friendly and helpful. Location is great, rooms big and bathroom big and clean. the cats aren't friendly so don't try and touch them! they scratch and bite, mean kitties. anyway, you'll have a great time here, thanks aussie hostel for making our cairo stay so awesome. |

CARLOS JAVIER REVERON DIAZFriendly and helpful staff, clean and value hostel. I've been in three diferent rooms and both have aircon. Very very good option to be in el Cairo even in summer. It is also a very good place to organize every trip you wanna do in egypt. In the way back i'll stay here again for sure. |

Customer reviewThe staff was amazing!!! They made sure we had breakfast to go every morning since we were always up early to see the sights. They booked everything we needed for us the entire weekend and even personally took us around town!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this Hostel. Can’t say enough good things about the entire staff’s hospitality!! |

You made our stay memorable (dancing on the felucca :) We stayed in a double room and it was spacious, clean and with air con. Very secure because of 24 hr reception. Taryn GreenThe guy who runs the hostel, Amr, was amazing! He was extremely helpful, organized our tours and basically took care of everything for us, he even shared a meal that his mother had sent them from home! We had a fantastic time and I would recommend it to anyone. Great value for your money and great people. |

Ben LyonsThe staff are particularly helpful. George in particular speaks impeccable english and is a good point of contact to start your stay in Egypt. He will give you a good idea of how much you should really be paying for certain services and, if you choose, will provide many tours and services from the hostel at a price that has not been inflated. The hostel is small and simple but the basics are covered and as in any small hostel it's the people that make you want to stay. I had planned to stay only one or two nights but ended up making it my base for the whole time I was in Egypt simply because I knew I could turn to the staff and have things taken care of. Highly recommended. |
