Liked: Nothing !!!! It was terrible !!!!! Only the McDonald's !!!

Disliked: First, we arrived, I thought that someone exploded at the entrance. It was horrible! The reception was dark and dirty ! The room was dirty and there was just a dirty blanket, wich I think has never washed out. No fridge in the room, the air-conditioned working very poor !!! The receptionist shouting at night, and morning he can not to get up. Do not order nothing from the receptionist, because he calculate high price like real !!! The breakfast : ))))) Not breakfast 1 jam, 1 butter, and cofee is wishy-washy !! The elevator is a life-threatening, every second day was out off order !!! Noisy, hot nights !!! I do not recommend for the European people !!!

Liked: I like the staff they arehelpful and they offer exelant trep to many nice places in cairo with very good price and you can get free transeportation from airport or to airport

Liked: the location was central to everything in a busy, lively area. Many shops and places to eat around. Staff were very friendly helpful.I would recommend the organised private tour offered by the hotel,l to do on your own is a nightmare.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good in the middle of downtown, just five minutes from the Museum and Nile river, friendly and kind staff, clean rooms, totally reliable to stay in, 24 hours service plus information desk is always available to guide you. Very good night view from the hotel. Free wireless and breakfast.
