Liked: The room was clean, and the location right on the river is nice.

Disliked: When breakfast is advertised as free and then you have to pay for eggs, this is a little misleading.

Disliked: watch out: they tried to tell us that our reservation hasnt come through, and they tried to charge us their normal rates (20$ pp) instead of the hostelbookers prices. We printed out the email-confirmation, so we were ok, but they try to do this with everyone! besides that everything ok

Liked: Great rooms. Very large spacious and clean. Nice view of river. Great service. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if in the area. Marked average about meeting people because it seemed like a friendly place; however, we weren't there to meet people so question should be NA

Liked: Really nice place, on the river, lovely balcony, centre of town, nice staff. lovely rooms but hot unless you have AC which is much more expensive. hostelbookers doesn´t have enough choice of hostels in Tena, there are loads of hostels there that are much cheaper (half the price of here). would definately recommend it if you´re willing to pay a bit more for a nice setting and hotel service. tip: have a daytrip to misahualli for a canoe trip and swim in river with the monkeys and locals.
