 Secured door on a quiet street, close to restaurants and bars.
What made it special was the genuine warm helpful hearts of the entire family, it made a difference! The empanada night was great for a solo traveler to meet some people at the hostel. Take the Cotopaxi tour for a great physical chellenge, worth money.

This is the best hostel I have stayed in in South America. The owners are so helpful and always on hand to give you directions/suggestions. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is great and there is complimentary internet. I would highly recommend this hostel.

Carlos and Pilar are the most amazing hosts and offer the best value for money hostel in quito. If your looking to party hard stay elsewhere but if you want a clean secure and central place to stay with friendly staff this is the place to go

Everything. We were collected from the airport, each given lovely home made beaded bracelets. The family are lovely and cant do enough for you. Excellent free city tour. Tasty breakfasts. Gorgeous dog. Cant rate the place highly enough and will certainly be returning.

good location, friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Gave me a free city tour and map and free pickup for the airport. Even had an empanada night so we could get to know other people staying at the hostel. Fantastic place to stay!

This hostel is amazing! It is a family-run business, and they are so friendly it makes you feel right at home. Free breakfast, which is huge, free internet, free airport pick-up, a free guided city tour, and they even put on an empanada night so we could meet other people staying at the hostel. It{s in a good area, around a 2 minute walk to the main street with all the bars and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to a big shopping centre.

This Hostel was really friendly and had a lovely homely feel to it, the rooms were big and clean, the staff were always on hand to help with any problems or questions about the Quito.

The staff were amazing, they were so helpful and welcoming. They helped us with plans. They cooked us soup and welcomed us into their family. they even took us to the airport and gave us some home made empanadas!

The staff was great. Really friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. Hot water in the shower but don't linger. I flew in at night and left the next day midday so I wasn't there long.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! THE STAFF IS GREAT... THEY OFFER A LOT OF FREE THINGS: PICK UP AND DROP OFF, TOUR TO THE OLD CITY, EMPANADAS NIGHT, INTERNET AND SO ON!! I WOULD DEFENITILY COME BACK... THEY EVEN GAVE ME A LOT OF ADVICE AND BOOKED A TOUR TO THE GALAPAGOS FOR ME, IT WAS GREAT!!! THANKS TO ALL FOR SUCH A GREAT TIME IN QUITO.

THE FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL MANNER OF THE OWNERS AND WORKERS. IT WAS STAYING AT A RELATIVES OR CLOSE FRIENDS HOUSE THEN STAYING AT A HOSTEL. THEY MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOME AND WANTED...EVEN THEIR DOG OSO(A GREY POODLE)
