Liked: Close to the airport, good location near the park, with shopping centres a short distance away and a 1-minute walk to Amazonas to catch a bus into the town centre.

Disliked: Completely different from what is represented here on the site; shared bathroom instead of the private bathroom booked; attempted to charge for breakfast which was stated as included. The bathroom was dirty, hot water intermittent, and the room itself dusty. Three padlocked doors in the building stairwell to get through before being able to enter the apartment. It's also almost directly under the flight path into Quito airport - the thin windows mean a morning alarm is unnecessary, the 6am incoming flight will do the job.

Liked: friendly staff, quiet location but near to shopping malls and 20 min walk to La Mariscal

Disliked: Sometimes they turn off the internet if they go out. if you ask beforehand they will leave it on.

Liked: The hostel was in a great location. Good breakfast. During my stay my father passed away and the staff was very sympathetic and helped me in making a quick return.

Liked: good breakfasts and nice staff. Make sure you print out your confirmation as they would have tried to charge a lot more if we did not have the printout!!

Liked: The staff were very friendly (some staff spoke English) and picked us up on time from the airport. The hostel is near Carolina Park and shopping centres. The only problem we encountered was the walls in the rooms were very thin and all rooms had TVs so we needed ear plugs some nights!
