‘Manso Boutique Guesthouse’ is a riverfront, fully renovated old house designed as a boutique hotel, right in the town centre and run by friendly multilingual owners.
Our booking system has a limitation regarding its flexibility to show that our rooms can be either single, double or triple, so we have opted to double-list some of our rooms to offer you that flexibility. However, if you are booking more than two rooms please wait until you receive a confirmation from us before considering your reservation confirmed
Manso combines the friendliness and rates of a hostel with the quality service and design of a boutique hotel. We are centrally located in a safe area and surrounded by nice places to go to.
We also offer you comfort, cleanness and good vibes!
Accommodation Information
Manso has been designed as a boutique hotel containing two inside PATIOS, BALCONIES facing the river, candles and dim lights, and also a Restaurant that serves ORGANIC MEALS.
Each room has its own design and every detail is taken so that our guests immerse in an oasis in the middle of hectic Guayaquil downtown area.
Location Information
Lots of common areas, lounge music, delicious breakfast and 100% central location. Guayaquil central area has been renovated to make it a safe area, connected to the huge Guayas River.
Close to most attractions in town. Access to eco-trips in the Guayas River (the widest in the South American Pacific Coast)

If you are booking more than two rooms please wait until you receive a confirmation from us. Manso has a no-show penalty of 50% of your stay. To not be considered a no-show, you need to cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. The $11.20 shared dorm rate does not include breakfast. Breakfast is $3 under that rate plan
