Liked: Excellent location, felt very safe, big supermarket and cheap places to eat close by. Hostel was clean tidy and very safe. Staff helpful and friendly.

Disliked: A bit expensive compared to other Hostels in Ecuador.

Liked: Very clean and only about 5km from the bus terminal and airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. The area seems ok, but like probably all of Guayaquil, you need to be careful.

Disliked: Not much - the wifi doesn't reach all the rooms,

Disliked: Lot of noise from the street, noise from air con system, so was difficult to sleep

Liked: Very helpful and accomodating staff. We had an early morning flight and they arranged for a cab to pick us up at 3:30 a.m. and walked us down to the cab.

Liked: We were grateful for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Without her we would have ended up in chaos. We liked the offer of facilities, especially the kitchen and the possibilty to use the computer as often as we wanted. Although we just booked 4 nights, due to an inconvenience we were able to stay one more!

Disliked: There were a few ants in our room and the wlan did not work with our notebook.

Liked: Very nice, clean rooms, staff were very helpful (especially Andrea), very good breakfast. Excellent location. All in, an extremely enjoyable stay.

Liked: the staff were absolutely lovely, a warm family feel. they were helpful in assisting with booking taxis, buses etc. comfy room, hot shower, good bed. all great!

Disliked: this hotel must be on the noisiest street in Guayaquil, which is one noisy city. the roar of traffic doesn't really stop all night so earplugs a must.

Disliked: The free wifi doesn't stretch to the rooms but the lounge area was great to relax in and surf.

Liked: The staff were amazingly helpful and spoke Enfligh. Beds were comfortable and the room was immaculate. Good location and the building was very secure.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Nice stay. Stayed an extra night too. Very helpful. Good breakfast, laundry, kitchen, printing and advice. Good location and ok to walk around (with advice) at night.

Disliked: Showers not always hot but clean.

Liked: Great location, comfortable and clean place. Big common areas for such a small hostel. The staff was very friendly. The fastest internet I've ever seen in my 3 times in Ecuador.

Disliked: A little noisy (specially morning traffic and the water pipes). I recommend to use ear plugs.

Liked: gay friendly, welcoming hosts andrea and ellen. Honest staff, good knowledge of local area.

Disliked: slightly higher end for a hostel at 20 dollars per person, would definitely stay there again though if passing through guayaquil

Disliked: is a bit pricey, but seems the norm for guayaquil.

Liked: Quite simply the best place that I have stayed in in South America. The owners were so helpful and nice and really went out of their way to assist us. The accommodation was luxury compared to other places we stayed in and felt very homely. Perculated coffee in the morning which is a must. Would highly recommend this place.

Disliked: Nothing, it was just great.
