Since March 2010 we have moved from the quiet suburbs to the heart of the city. Casa de Romero is now located in the centre of Guayaquil, on the 7th floor of a traditional downtown building just a few blocks from the MALECON (the water front), one of the most important tourist spots.
We have 4 guest rooms all very comfortable with air conditioning, a balcony, nice bathrooms, a living room with plasma, cable TV, and lots of DVDs. We also have a computer exclusive for our guests and wireless internet access in all rooms.
A delicious breakfast is included in the price.
We also offer a pick-up service to the airport for $5.

Location Information

Velez 501 y Boyaca. On the 7th floor.
We are located a few blocks from the Malecon, the most important tourist area. The Malecon is a renovated water front area with a lot of gardens and cafes. At the end of the Malecon, you will find the Santa Ana hill also a popular tourist area where the first neighbourhood (barrio Las Peñas) started.
