24 October 2009	Fabianne Furman I do not recommend DreamKapture. -The staff was rude and unhelpful. For example, we asked for a map of Guayaquil, and the receptionist pointed to a map nailed to the wall. -They overcharged me and argued with me about it for 15 minutes, until finally the owner called his wife and realized that I was right. -The bathroom in the dorm smelled like a hamster cage and had no ventilation -There was no hot water in our dorm bathroom or in another bathroom that the receptionist told me to use -We were woken up at 8am the first morning to the sound of a worker scraping paint off a wooden pole. I don`t know why he had to do it so early and right outside our door. -We were woken up at 8am the second morning to the sound of the hostel`s pet parrots squaking outside our window -The internet connection barely works. I couldn`t even check my e-mail on their ancient, snail-paced computer	30%
