Liked: Perfect location two blocks away from the cathedral in the colonial city. Very comfortable private rooms equipped with satellite TV and A/C, Simple but very good continental breakfast on the lovely rooftop. Owners are very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again in the future and recommend it.

Disliked: Nothing. The overall accommodation experience was excellent.

Liked: Hostal Nomadas was great; I would recommend it to anyone. I had a big private room for $35 a night. The staff were helpful and friendly. I unexpectedly had to stay a second night, which wasn´t a problem - I just had to change rooms. My favourite part was the amazing breakfasts (included in the price).

Liked: All around amazing. beautiful location right by the old town, market, ocean, and on sundays big outdoor salsa concerts. I actually went back to Santo Domingo at the end of my trip and was dead set on staying there again. The last night they had a belly dancing performance on their great rooftop restaurant!

Liked: Hostal Nómadas was clean, accessible, helpful and good value. Laundry service was available and secure carparking.

Disliked: Bathrooms were a little pokey, and without hot water, but great overall value.

Liked: Hostel Nomanda is wonderful! This is my fist stay of many in the Dominican Republic and I'm so lucky that I found them online. My private room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. TV, cold AC, it was perfect. I LOVE the rooftop area... so well done. The owners were very friendly and helpful..Thanks!

Liked: Hostal Nomadas was an ideal place for a solo traveller to relax and meet people. Great affordable price for a single private room. The couple who own and run the Hostal is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The terrace on the roof is gorgeous and an excellent place to meet people, both at night and in the mornings over breakfast. I highly recommend.

Liked: The family that runs this hostel is friendly, warm, helpful, and efficient. I had a great time and met really great people. I had such a great time that I´m returning there for the last part of my stay.

Liked: Friendly nice young couple runs the hotel. The only things that I didn't like is noisy AC and the fact that the room was cleaned only when I asked. Close to everything, very safe and actually value for money. If I have the same budget next time will definitely choose this place.
