The property was located centrally. The staff - especially "Livvy" was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and think it is great value for money.

Service in the reseption was kindly. Beds were very good, blankets and pillows were soft. Towels were changed every day. There was also a refrigerator in hotel room.

There was a lot of noice at nearly street at nights but we were so exhausted that it doesn't matter. Hotel Loeven is near by central station, Tivoli and many interested placies so it's very easy to go any where you want by bus, train or walking. The room for making breakfast was quite cold cause there was able to smoke inside (at any rate hotel stuff made so) and window had to be little open. That was only negative thing in hotel Loeven and in pubs and in restaurants in Copenhagen. In Finland we don't smoke inside.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a 5-10 min walk from the station. Didn't use the kitcken so cannot comment on that.

Superb location and spotlessly clean.Staff helfpul and friendly. On the down side the first night before my friend arrived and we moved to a twin I was in a miniscule room with dodgy wiring and no ensuite. The twins reasonable size, again very clean. Can be pretty noisy if you are on the main road side but hotel itself fairly quiet. Extremely basic place in terms of space and communal facilities so take your own entertainment - no TV or music etc. Internet access is in fact wireless point (which was down) so you need to bring a laptop and hope can access. Coffee available but cups sometimes run out but loads of glasses instead! Fridge available in rooms (twin) or shared in kitchen. Microwave and kettle for communal use. Note when you arrive hard to see the buzzer on the large shared front door for hotel Loevan reception but staff very helpful once you are in. Lift stops on 'between floors' half landing so you have steps up and down to each level of room which is hard with pushchairs, heavy luggage or if not very mobile. Given the outrageous prices in Copenhagen Hotel Loevan is a very reasonable basic option with a good supermarket virtually opposite and near to central sites and public transport

It is very clean and the twin en-suite room we stayed in was large and light. Comfortable beds with towels and bed linen provided.
