Liked: Location was great

Disliked: Awful massive hostel with no character. Also it's expensive and on top you need to join the hostel association and hire sheets. For some crazy reason sleeping bags are not allowed. I did not find the staff helpful ands it's just so big it does not have a great atmosphere

Liked: This hostel is well located (10 minutes walk from central station) but it's so expensive for what it is. It is also really big (15 floors) so it make it difficult to meet know people when you are traveling alone. For a night, ok but for staying longer... No. I think they also don,t have enough staff for the check-in. It is not normal that there is only one who's doing check in while there's 20 peoples wating...

Liked: A professional and well run hostel which feels more like a hotel than a hostel. Due to its basic no frills yet extremely clean and modern feel the hostel comes across as quite clinical however it does have a cool bar in the extended reception area which during busy evenings has a nice atmosphere and reasonably priced beers (on draft). The rooms come with ensuit bathrooms which add to the comfort and convenience of the room. It is in a good location with the train station 5-10 minutes walk, Tivoli Park a couple of minutes walk and the city centre about a 10 minute walk. Staff spoke excellent English and a helpful attitude.

Liked: Very clean. The bathroom especially was excellent- as good as many hotels I have stayed in.

Disliked: Hard to find much wrong! Lifts a little slow...

Liked: Honestly, I don't care if they tell you abuot all the little extra charges beforehand, it's just not hospitable to try and get you every last way they can. There are really spectacular hostels around the world that offer a better atmosphere, friendlier staff, and all for a much lower price. I know Copenhagen is an extremely expensive city but this just isn't the best choice for someone traveling on a budget. I won't be coming back.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: This hostel was run more like a hotel, you had to pay for everything, even a glass of tap water and to store your luggage in the luggage room

Liked: The place was clean and the services were ok

Disliked: This isn't really a party hostel. Lots of families and even though there is a bar it isn't easy to randomly chat with people.

Liked: Clean enough, easy to check-in/out.

Disliked: I would have liked if they supplied locks for the cabinets in the dorms, perhaps on a deposit basis. Also, the charge for the linens was on a per-night basis....I figure they only have to wash them once regardless of how long you stay.

Liked: Localisation. 5 minutes à pied de la gare centrale.

Disliked: La propreté des chambres : ménages surement pas fait tous les jours! Moutons de poussiére incroyables dans la chambre...

Liked: not so expensive

Disliked: the key cards a lots of time didn't work very well, not being able to bring your alchohol inside, expensive internet, and ofcourse they let some guy unwatched into our room while we were sleeping because he forgot his toothbrush....

Liked: the hostel is located at a good location, you can go to many places by walking, but it is better to use a bike. the hostel staff are friendly and helpful.

Disliked: the internet price is very high and internet speed is very slow. besides a very old version of internet explorer browser exists on the computers, which make internet browsing unsecure and very annoying. the rooms should be cleaned better. the bed suits are mostlz dirty. it is better to bring your own linen and covers.
