Liked: 1. location2. price for bed3. there are enough people to meet (approximately 500 - 600 beds)

Disliked: 1. one kitchen for approximately 500 - 600 beds with two fridges and two stoves 2. extra charges for every service (internet access, linen - but that's very common in Scandinavia, luggage room) 3. room wasn't cleaned for 3 days in a row (with 6 people permanently in room - bathroom was not in best condition anymore...)

Liked: Hostel is well located 10 minutes walk from the railway station and has good panoramic views of the city from the upper floors. Despite the large size of the hostel, the rooms were quiet. Beds were comfortable (didn't creak or move about - they are attached to the walls) and have individual reading lights.

Disliked: The Ryanair of Hostels - extra charges galore including 60DKK for bedding (in all the time I have been staying in hostels I don't think I have ever seen anyone with their own bedding - why not just include it in the nightly price?) and 20DKK to store a bag after checking out (most hostels do not make this quite frankly petty charge). Did see a cleaner enter the bathroom but did not see any evidence of it being cleaned properly. Not sure why actually need to wait until 2pm to check in since the beds are found exactly as the previous person left it at 10am (i.e the duvet on the bed).

Liked: a large hostel, so there were more staff (receptionists at counter). there's a bar (try the danish beer of the day), and breakfast (not free but pretty good. there was this one really good cheesebread roll)

Disliked: big, so kinda hard to meet people if you're by yourself at the eating areas. a bathroom inside a dorm room. i don't find this good, because 6 girls in a dorm... wait time while one is in the shower is long. would have been better if the bathrooms were outside accessible by the hallway.

Liked: The location near major sites. The bar in the lobby was convienient.

Disliked: I was there for five days and no one ever cleaned the bathroom. Every little thing was charged for. No free wifi.

Liked: There is not much to like about this hostel. A hotel has been converted into a hostel so it is in a very tall highrise and has little character. The dorm rooms had at least 8 in them and did have a private bathroom however, for 8 people, the wait for the shower was huge as you can imagine. The rooms and bathrooms were really dirty and they didn't seem to clean them at all during my stay. This is a hostel, so you can't expect 5 star, but it is a most unclean hostel i have ever stayed in.

Disliked: Unclean, little character as its in a converted hotel, no real common area or kitchen facilities, additional charges if you are not a international youth hostel association member.

Liked: design of the hostel and people who really come from every part of the world.

Disliked: it's not so cheap and you have to pay for everything: the sheets, the luggage room and you don't have any lockers in the dorms.

Liked: Safe and clean

Disliked: I have to wait for at leat 15 mintues to check in, get suggestions and check out. It's always in queue in front of the counter. So the receptionists are always busy and unfriendly. In addition, every facility that I use I have to pay, such as hair drier. Although it's a hostel, I feel it looks like a Hotel and it's not easy to meet friends. A very small kitchen( there are only 32 seats) in the basement. I won't come back again.

Liked: The location was great and the facilities were pretty good..

Disliked: I did not like all the extra costs.. such as linens and internet and laundry. i understand you must pay for some of these, but the costs seem to be higher than at other hostels, so in the end you do not end up paying a hostel price.

Liked: The location is the most I liked. Also the functionatlity, it works really fine, even the many travellers.

Disliked: I think that something important to improve in the hostel is the recycling theme, I haven't seen any bin for plastic (although I ignore which system of collecyion the city has).

Liked: close to everything, great location that's walking distance from the train station and centre of town.

Disliked: Every night I stayed in was jam packed with people rotating in and out every night and in a 20 story building I felt like they cramped us in as much as possible rather than using empty rooms to save on cleaning.

Liked: I was apprehensive to stay as I usually choose smaller places - however, they were all full so I booked here with some fear. I'm really glad I stayed. Great location, close to everything. Staff friendly. Rooms clean enough, spacious with lockers. Hot, powerful showers. Somehow, a great hostel atmosphere despite its' size. Would recommend.

Liked: We enjoyed our breakfast and the location.

Disliked: We didn't appreciate the internet connection that is really a shame, you pay money for a slow one. Moreover it isn't cheap. If you cross the bridge it is free. In addition to this we have to say that the "lady" of the staff desk , the one with skulls on her cheast and a white lock on her hair was really rude and unfriendly, we always hoped she was off duty when in need of the desk staff.

Liked: The location is the properties biggest asset. It has many services available to compliment your stay.

Disliked: Some bubbling of the floor due to high humidity. The rooms did get very hot but not unbearable.
