Liked: the place is easy to find, and the atmosphere is good.

Disliked: no wifi access in the rooms. and HI card required!

Liked: Good location and seemed secure.

Disliked: Dirty bathrooms. Extra charges for everything including things you dont need - not allowed to use sleeping bag therefore have to rent linen including towel even if you have a towel. Computers available but not free, breakfast not included...everything is charged extra.

Liked: Hostel was new and dormrooms were great and quiet.

Disliked: Staff was mostly gross and unhelpful. I had pay extra for everything. Linen, towles, lock for the "safetybox", baggage-room, for the room, because I wasen't member of something. So the room became quite expensive. Breakfast was expencive and not very tasty.

Liked: location in the city , staff was helpful

Disliked: too big, too many people, it was very busy. Bathrooms should have small shelves for toiletteries. Rooms should have more hooks and shelves for upper bunk beds.

Liked: The location was really good, and I did like that each room had a bathroom, and there wasn't a common one in the hallway. The facilities were clean, too.

Disliked: Everything had to be paid for additionally, which seems outrageous given the starting price and the quality of the hostel. There definitely wasn't enough room for how big the hostel is- there were only four computers, the kitchen was tiny, the elevators took forever, etc. Our trip may have been tainted by weird and unpleasant roommates, though.

Liked: We needed a bed for one night and it was perfect, great bar, fanastic Dorm with a really nice(Clean) en-suite. I have stayed in many Hostels and my exact words were this is the 'poshest' hostel I've stayed in, however may not be ideal for hardened Travellers who like something more intimate. It was perfect for us.

Disliked: My bedside light didnt work but I survived!!

Liked: It was a nice hostel and the location was in walking distance from everything.

Disliked: They charge you for EVERYTHING and it's expensive!!!! The hostel was expensive to begin with and then they charge you 8 euros for bedding (you cant bring a sleeping bag), they charge you for holding your luggage and then they charge you for using a credit card........Way too many fees :(

Liked: Decent location Bedrooms were adequate Very social hostel if that's what you're looking for

Disliked: Staff were pretty unhelpful. We arrived around 11pm and, despite having told them I was arriving late, they'd cancelled my booking. Then they proceeded to act like they were doing us a huge favour that they were able to make another booking, and didn't honour my deposit. There was also some sort of health incident going on nearby and the staff were being shockingly rude to the girl. Bathrooms were poorly designed for a hostel and just resulted in water getting everywhere and as a result got quite dirty. The lifts stopped working one evening which meant that people had to take the stairs, and it's like 15 floors or so... Rather expensive for what you get.

Liked: Rooms are pretty quiet.

Disliked: It is the biggest hostel in Europe with 1050 beds or something... yet it has only 2 washing machines for guests to use. And only one drier. Just think about that for a second. Absolutely ridiculous. Other than that, everything is quite expensive there, but that is the same all over Copenhagen, can't really fault them for that. The extra fee due to HI membership is kind of annoying, but it was made pretty clear that it existed in all the reviews and on the website. Another downside is the lack of soap in washrooms in rooms. I honestly do not understand why they wouldn't include hand soap...

Liked: +staff super helpful +the view from my room on the 13th floor! +bar downstairs +good location +comfortable beds

Disliked: +the rooms and the bathrooms were not cleaned too often, neither the downstairs bar +internet connection not very reliable

Liked: good food, neat and clean ambience...helpful staff...excellent location..

Disliked: i did not get what i booked viz. a bed in 6 bedroom room, rather got a bed in a 8 bedroom room....but anyways it was fine for me too....other thing was their access card for rooms use to malfunction a lot...but all other things were fine...

Liked: It is very closed to the rail station.

Disliked: Everything you have use the card. The kitchen is too small for so many people inside and when the door closed, it get the kitchen even smaller. (Someone to close the cloor to eat!) When enter all places, the lift, your room, kitchen all you have to use the card! I didn't have enough DKK to pay the bed, I asked the staff to pay tomorrow when I changed money back, they said no, at the last ,I paid with the credit card, the bank charged me over USD10 for the handliing fee more! When I arrived Bergen in 8 May (Sun), I couldn't change money, as all bank closed. I stayed in Montana Hostel Bergen, they let me to pay on Monday! The hostel is not cheap, but no breakfast.

Liked: a little pricey for a hostel - but for the quality, it was almost worth it. staff was not the kindest but i guess in a hostel with so many floors and hundreds upon hundreds of guests, you might get tired of sucking up and smiling at all hours of the day.

Disliked: slightly overwhelming.

Liked: Value for money. The room was tidy and clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff! The bikes that can be rented at the hostel.

Disliked: Noisy and hot room (the radiator kept on going even during the night when it was nice&sunny outside)

Liked: i really liked the location, i liked the two separate rooms even in a ten person room. the staff was very very friendly and full of information. i also liked that you could rent bikes from the hostel

Disliked: paying for linens and the backpackers fee, but it was still cheaper and a better value than other hostels in the area

Liked: This is one of the largest hostels in Europe and does not fail to deliver a clean, fun, and secure stay for its guests. This hostel was one of the best I've ever stayed in and I would certainly recommend it to a friend.

Disliked: The only critique I have is that there is a "small fee" for almost everything - linen, towels, H.I. membership, storing your luggage, etc, but other than that my stay was an absolute blast!

Liked: It's the cheapest Hostel near Copenhagen center we found.

Disliked: It charges for everything, hairdryer, lock for the locker, bed linen. So be prepared yourself if you don't want to pay.
