Liked: The building is new and clean.

Disliked: This hostel is very big. So I could not feel at home. And there were so many people, so dinning room and common room was not calm. If you wish calm mood, I can not recomend.

Liked: Great location and clean rooms. Quite and safe yet close to EVERYTHING.

Disliked: No bathroom mats or even hand soap in the bathrooms which was ridiculous. Not cleaned often enough. Not good food options.

Disliked: if you like getting ripped off this is the place for you.they charge you for everything,including bed sheets.most travellers dont carry their own sheets so you have to buy theirs.what a con.would a hotel do this?i dont think so.if they could charge you for the air you breath they would

Liked: Really easy access to city, nice atmosphere, full of other travellers.

Disliked: Unfortunately hot water was cut off one night during our stay.

Liked: very good location, no need to take the bus from Central Station, it's not even a 5-min walk

Disliked: very dirty, 6-bed dorm with ensuite was not cleaned for 4 days, no hot water for several days but no compensation offered, had to pay 20 kroner to rent an iron for a few mins, no opportunities to prepare own food

Liked: Hostel is very close to the city center and offers a lot of services. We rented bikes and went on a city tour and that was amazing and for a reasonable price.

Disliked: I would recommend to byu a new bad stuff like pillows that was a little bit dirty.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room and bathromm

Disliked: No Permission to have something to drink and food in the room. Of course we understand that it's nor allowed to habe a party.

Liked: I like the coziness and quietness of the place. I slept very well during my stay because there was no noise outside. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I loved the floor (12th floor) where we stayed because the view from our window is stunning! The staff are very friendly, they serve people with a smile!

Disliked: The room turned out to be smaller than what was presented on the website photos. It's quite difficult to move around because the space is just enough for the beds. It's annoying that we had to rent bed linens. Breakfast is quite costly for an average student/traveller.

Liked: - Definitely within walking distance of Old Town, the railway station, and, of course, Tivoli. Easy to find. - Very youth-oriented, very backpacker - although there are certainly families who stay here, too. The lobby is open to the bar area, and there's always a group of people hanging out there. You never feel it's a chore to meet people. - A couple staff members struck me as a little sour, but most of the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. - The rooms were fairly new, clean, with lockers (for personal padlocks) and good views of the city if you get an upper floor.

Disliked: - They charge for everything, so be prepared - especially for the fee for paying with a credit card! - The dorm-style rooms have the traditional bunk beds, but also have two or three single beds smushed together in the center of the room. Claim your bed early, or you may wake up lying cheek-to-jowl with some stranger. - The 'swipe your room card to operate the elevator' takes some getting used to. If your card doesn't work, check with the receptionist to make sure it was actually coded correctly. DON'T take the stairs instead, you still need to swipe your card to access the doors to the upper floors!

Liked: The location is good (take around 10min from cetral station) and the view from the hostel is fantastic.

Disliked: The internet is only one-hour free. It is not enough.

Liked: Great location & a really friendly & helpful staff. It also had a nice, clean bathroom and comfortable rooms.

Disliked: Having to pay for towels, linens & breakfast would be very expensive. I brought my sheets & went somewhere else for breakfast to avoid these extra costs.

Liked: We loved the room view and the central location; close to the station, main museums and walking distance from city centre. Felt secure and some of the staff was really helpfull.

Disliked: The web-site was misleading; was not obvious that we have buy a specific hostel card on top. Found the bicycle rental prices over-rated.
