Liked: Good location, short walk from the trainstation and from cristiana metrostation. good views from the high building to the town

Disliked: extra money for bedlinen and extracharge for creditcards

Liked: the room

Disliked: we have to pay to fly on internet, to leave our baggage on the leave day, and the international hostel card was required (not free). We paid an additional commision for payment by Credit card, and to have linen and towel.

Liked: The bar staff was quite friendly. As were some members of the receptionist staff. The location of the hostel was quite central.

Disliked: The wifi supposedly offered was limited. On occasions it wasn't accessible for the majority of the visitors of the hostel at all! Even on our own rooms, internet access was difficult to find, only by accident did we discover that you could have internet if you were seated in the bathroom, with the laptop underneath the left side of the sink. Anywhere else and the connection would be significantly worse. You have to pay an extra fee!! READ THE SMALL PRINTING TOO! Rooms weren't properly cleaned. Only the bathrooms were cleaned daily. The room itself, the cleaners wouldn't enter. Maybe only when the room isn't occupied? The reception seemed quite annoyingly unept. The hostelbooker email asks of the booker to please notify the hostel when checking-in at a later time is needed. Yet the hostel self seems unable to reply when you send them an email concerning the check-in time. Nor are they able to answer the phone properly, making you wait for minutes, while your money is wasted away to an international call that won't be answered anyway. It wasn't orientated to the younger crowd. The key cards needed to ride the elavator was needed for safety reasons. Yet it limited the visitor to only their own floor. Quite impractical if you've met a new friend in the hostel and want to visit them or if you made an appointment with them and want to see why they are taking so long.

Disliked: - It absolutely unfair and unreasonable to make bed-linens as Obligatory. - The Check-In time (14:00) is too late and Check-Out time(10:00) is too early, making them impractical for tourists.

Liked: For a 2-night stay it was perfect. Close to the train station, easy to locate from the city centre and generally functional and logical.

Disliked: Overall it was not that much character, it was more like a budget hotel than a hostel.

Liked: What I liked is the location : in the center of Copenhagen ! The rooms are quite big and confortable, the lockers are big anough, the view is really nice and it has a lot of accomodities such as Wifi, a kitchen, a bar with low price on beer, a safe baggage room.

Disliked: I disliked the staff, it's like they are considering people only for their money. The hostess were even sarcastic sometimes. And most of all, you have to pay for everything ! The rooms weren't very clean too...

Liked: Good location, 24 hr reception, surprisingly quiet for a big space.

Disliked: Weird, constantlly flooded bathrooms (no way to keep water in shower "stall").

Liked: Very cental location, you won t need to use public transportation for moving in the city center. nice and clean rooms friendly staff

Liked: Good location, great view of Tivoli from our room (fireworks!). Easy to walk to the City Hall area and lots of other places + close to Central Station for the airport! I've heard some bad comments about the atmosphere but I thought it was nice, the bar was good with lots of other travellers.

Disliked: Front desk staff weren't that nice, huge queue infront of one girl whilst the other sat there with a closed sign on her computer and just pointed us to the big queue when we went over. V slow to get anything sorted at the front desk. Bathrooms being wetrooms got really dirty during the day too even though they were cleaned every morning but I guess that can't really be avoided in a 10 bed dorm.

Liked: The entrance hall is nice.

Disliked: Some part of the staff is not nice at all! I arrived at 22:00 and the only thing the guy said to welcome me was " you know you can get arrested for not having your passport". Apparently he did not heard about the schengen agreement.
