Gemma DaviesThe location in excellent: a 5-10 minute walk into the centr eof Copenhagen and a 2 minute walk to a metro station. The rooms were clean, well-designed and cleaned every day. |

M Shariff LubisYou would expect more for the price that you pay but then again everything is more expensive in Scandinavia. The rooms are small but adequate and functional. The computer in the hall was always broken but there is free wireless. Location is good, most major atrractions are within walking distance. |

Customer reviewIt was very favourable. The staff supervising the reception in the morning was very friendly, but the guy supervising it in the evening and night was very unfriendly. He did not explain anything to me about payment of the room and how to get the bill etc. Thus, I did not feel comfortable when arriving in the night. |
