Robert DaviesGreat location. You can walk easy to the airport from the hostel. I walked it in 10 mins with 2 big bags, but I am a fast walker! They hostel has free Wi-Fi, which is good. The bathrooms were not very clean (they had not washed or emptied in the bins for a few days, it had appeared). They let people checkin to their room at 12am in the morning, when everyone was sleeping. Front door always unlocked, so are the rooms. Anyone could just walk in off the street and sleep in the rooms, or steal anything. Fortunately nothing was stolen. However, they find it more important to lock the kitchen all day, rather than the rooms (you have to ask to use the kitchen). If you want somewhere to stay for your first night, or last night in CPH this is a great hostel for that, but unfortunately that is all that is good about it. |

Customer reviewthere is no hot water for shower, for two days at all! I was asked to take shower in the main building, but it seems that some of the staff has shut the hot water off when I took my shower! Very bad service! |

Customer reviewI didn't like anything about this hostel. Here is what happened: we e-mailed the host in advance for the arrangement of a pick-up. When we called from the airport, the lady said that the car was not available. She didn't sound sorry at all. So we got to the hostel, and then came the highlight - it was overbooked. She didn't apologize formally or anything - she just said, "All we have right now is a two-bed apartment. If you don't want it, we'll just give back your deposit." We had booked four beds in the dorm. So we had to pay extra money for the two-bed apartment. Well, what really upset me was her attitude. The apartment building was very dirty and the floor was covered with sand. The bathroom was a disaster with wet floor. The next day, when we asked for a drop-off at the airport, another lady said that because she couldn't speak Danish, she couldn't arrange a drop-off. So we had to pay 180 DKK in total for taxi for pick-up and drop-off at the airport. (Sunday was expensive.) The staff's attitude deserves a number below zero. Cleanliness too. Because of the extra money we paid for the apartment, I wouldn't recommend this hostel to anyone on a budget either. |
