Liked: This hostel is pretty new, so the facilities and rooms are still quite clean. The receptionist was not too friendly but still ok. Lots of extra charges, you have to pay for internet. the bar seemed expensive. checkout is at 10am, but they don't seem to have a problem with you hanging out in the lobby for a few hours if you need to.

Liked: very close to center but very expensive .they charge for everything..i was aware that i'll hav to pay for the linen and towel but i also had to pay 35DKK for some reason else i wud have to pay 106DKK for hostel membership. the room had jsust one window and the room was boiling..was crazy..wud choose some other hostel next time

Liked: Good location but bad value for money. Although it was not mentioned on the booking, I had to pay an extra fee for not being HI member, and although it was not mentioned on the website, I had to buy the linen&towel set because they did not accept sleeping bags. Bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper or paper towels. I decided to pay cash to avoid credit card fee, but yes, they'll charge you with extra fees for everything, expect that.

Liked: We liked the place. As here there is no a paragraph for our note of dislike, so we add here our dissapointment. We DIDNºT LIKE the service at the hotel and especially the lack of attention. We made a long queue and were given a wrong room without bathroom. When we directed to the reception with our problem, we were said that there were a lot of people! We asked for the administrator, but he didnºt appear. So we had to make another queue just to explain that there was a mistake. We were given another room. On leaving our luggage there we went downstairs and when we were back suddenly the keycard didnºt work. We went to the reception for the THIRD time and get to know that the hostel has its practice to block the key, because they have to explain HOW TO PUT THE BED SHEETS. Here everyone could be full of indignation. First, I was taught by my mother to insert blankets in the blanket cover. It happened when I was quite a young girl. Second, I donºt understand this complicated manoevre with blocking the key for the purpose to explain the rules of the hostel. Here I have to point out that the information about bed sheets is hung all over the hostel, inside the room, outside in the lift machine and even on the common door. It is fantastic! The human treatment astonishes a lot.And the last word, we stayed at the hostel two days and two nights, but the room wasnºt cleaned.

Liked: The location is unbeatable!!! We had a douple room and it was really small.They cleanliness was ok (it's quit strange cause you have to clean your room before you leave). Watch out cause you got to pay extra for bed sheets and the youthhostel membership!It's noise at nighttime but quit in the morning;)It was easy to find a parking spot in front of the hostel.All in all it's worth staying cause of the location!

Liked: Sooooo expensive, rules and threats of fines everywhere. Incredibly unwelcoming. And they disabled our access cards so they could rouse on us for not putting our doonas inside the doona covers even though we weren't using the doonas because it was so hot. And watch out for the extra fees per night if you don't have an IHA membership!

Liked: The location is perfect. Friendly staff, clean. The only place you meet people was in the dorm because the bar downstairs was more for locals than for the hostel visitors.

Liked: We were 3 football dads in our late fortys wanting to see our son play in the Cup Denmark ,the central location was brilliant only 5 minutes from train station and right on the food and pubs ,the room was clean with fresh lined on arraval .At £28 per night each with on suite in central copenhagan who could ask for more ,and if your dogs are barking there food and bar down stair Gary 44 year old (18 at heart )

Liked: In a city with very little choice for hostels this is a safe bet. Unbelievable location. Of course there's the usual HI nonsense of charging for absolutely everything, like rental of bed linen....really?! But in total the price is not that bad for the location, given the lack of competition.
