Liked: Welcome beer and nothing more. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Disliked: Much more better looks on the pictures than in reality. The smell of humidity all over the hostel. Very thin walls, claustrophobic small room with floor made of tiles is not a good thing if you want a little bit more than collapse in the bed and get out in the morning next day.

Liked: The bar and the quality of the bed!!

Disliked: No wi fi in the room, so i had to go to the kitchen to check it

Liked: Good breakfast included. Very nice staff. Welcome beer included. Excellent value for the price you pay. Free lockers. Very nice lounge/playing room, too bad the wifi doesn't work there. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Free lockers.

Disliked: A bit far from the train station and the center of the town.

Liked: You get free beer as you check-in, that's wow!! And the play room and living room hit top mark. I like their selection of breakfast too.

Disliked: The shower is bit cheeky and the location isn't great.

Liked: Everything :-): the big breakfast, big social areas, friendly staff, internet, decoration and atmosphere. Was lovely!

Disliked: The sheets on my bed didn't feel like they had been freshly cleaned

Liked: Totally cool hostel with comfortable place to sleep and nice atmosphere to hang around. Really good service and friendly staff. Very good service at very good price indeed :D

Liked: v. cheap and cheerful- v. friendly staff.

Disliked: location!

Liked: Good common room area downstairs, especially if you smoke. Bug showers which you have to yourself. Dorms are quite nice, with a good naturistic view from the window.

Disliked: The computers were in an awkward spot and not all of them were always working. In the shower you have to press a button every 15 seconds for the water to flow, which would change the temperature and pressure.

Liked: Nothing really.

Disliked: This place wasn't as close to central Prague as it claimed to be. We were told we were staying in a 12 bed dorm which ended up being a 15 bed dorm. The dorm was FILTHY and the window barely opened so the room stank so badly. The computers weren't working and they were located in a seedy basement that smelt mouldy and was dimly lit- always people smoking/drinking there. The kitchen was disgusting. Only one girls toilet between everyone. just not a good experience.

Liked: Nice hostel, good breakfast and communal areas. Thought it was going to be a bit far out but the 30 minute walk into old town wasn't too bad. Good place to meet other travelers.

Liked: it's a typical hostel in Prague. we had a nice stay here! it's relatively clean for a large hostel, no complaints from me. just bring earplugs if you like to sleep cuz people come into the room at all hours of the night after the pub crawls

Disliked: for some reason every time we walked into the hostel it was freaking hot!

Liked: the best hostel to meet people and have a great time. free brekfast. cheap booze.

Disliked: you are still allowed to smoke inside in the czech republic, so expect to inhale a fair bit, even if your a non smoker

Liked: What this hostel lacks in location it certainly makes up for in character, staff, facilities, cleanliness and fun. Great basement downstairs where it is easy to share drinks with other travelers and make new acquaintances. A very good breakfast is provided and the kitchen facilities are very plentiful. If I come back to Prague I would certainly return to Hostel Maribou.

Disliked: Location. But there is a bus to the centre from directly outside the hostel and it's only a 30 min walk.
