Liked: Marabou is a good hostel for a specific crowd. If you want to meet people, party, and see a bit more of Prague than just the tourist area, this is a great hostel for you. If you want a quieter place or don't like smoking then this is not a hostel for you. Overall, I was satisfied, but I don't know why everyone is raving about the breakfast, it was standard hostel fair, unless I just got jipped.

Liked: In the common room people were smoking , and I hate smoking. So couldnt use the common room because full of smoke. And the room had no window which was available to open. So you cant refresh the air in the room. All the other things were fine , friendly and helpfull staff , good price, good breakfast, clean toilets and safe . The location wasnt so good was acceptable. If you dont have a problem with smoke you can stay in there. But if you have , you shouldnt!

Liked: for the price it was awesome and it was not to far a walk into town around 20mins. the staff were really helpful and the kitchen is awesome. the free breakfast and internet were great...the cheese spread was incredible and it is the only hostel that offers brown bread! It is a little old but that adds to the character of the place

Liked: By far the best hostel I have ever stayed at. It wasn't in the best location but it was worth the walk for the price. Great basement area!

Liked: It was a great place with nice staff and plenty to eat for breakfast. One huge downfall though, was that the smoking room was downstairs where the computers for the internet were and the smoke would also draft up to the main sitting area.

Liked: It was pretty cheap, but not the cleanest place I've stayed at.THe downstairs lounge is okay but a bit dank. ABle to smoke downstairs if you want. Location was a bit far out of the city.

Liked: Really simple to get to from the directions that they gave, except when they say take Metro line B to Mustek and then at Florenc take the bus, they actually mean you have to take another metro to Florenc which is downstairs at Mustek station. I got lost, so hopefully you won't! The hostel is safe, and the beds seem new and really comfortable. The kitchen is clean and breakfast is great! Drinks are relatively cheap and staff always helpful. One girl looks like Kristen Stewart from the movie Twilight, so I liked her automatically! Overall a really good place to meet people and get around. Def would stay again!

Liked: The atmosfere and the hostel is really nice decorated. The only thing I didn't liked so much was the location, it is a little bit far away from the center of the city in order to go walking, but there is a bus stop in front of the hostel, so it is good connected.Staff is really nice and helpful!! (thanks for every time you helped us!!)I traveled for 17 days around East Europe and I was the hostel were I met more people!!!

Liked: Overall great experience. I met tons of awesome people in the huge lounge upstairs and downstairs. Great hangout place and vibe all around. Security was a plus: everyone receives their own locker and keycard. Location not great, but area has lots of local bars and shops. Grocery store really close and smaller food stores everywhere. Really good free breakfast and the kitchen was great. Way farther from the train station and bus station than the directions make it sound like. Take the underground to Florenc station and then get on bus heading east for three stops. Its right by the bus stop, so thats good. Lots of trains go into the more northern station (mine did), which puts you even farther away, but you can take the metro from there as well. 15 min walk uphillish from Florenc station, just fyi. I didnt have any czech crowns so I walked from the northern station and it took 45 min or an hour, so its doable :)Go up the hill behind the hostel during the day and at night. cool chill places, a crazy trampoline and wonderful views!!book online...prices there are much higher!

Liked: Yes, you are staying a little bit outside of Old Town, but it's easy to get to from this hostel. This is a great place to meet people, to go out or to stay in at. There's a downstairs with LOADS of couches, perfect for drinking games. The place is clean clean clean, the lady is always there! The kitchen is great, IF you wait to use it (not a lot of fridge space however).

Liked: Alot to like about this place if you are happy to walk approx. 20 mins (or a quick bus ride) to get to old town... Good place to meet other backpackers, great free breakfast, very cheap for what you get etc...

Liked: Clean beds, good coffee. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very nice and relaxed. They let us pay when we check out and we paid in euros. Also they have a lounge away from the beds, so people who stays up late won't wake anyone up. It's a nice hostel for everyone.

Liked: A bit of a walk from the center but in the middle of Zizkov which has nice bars and prices. Hostel itself was cozy and included breakfast and free beer. Everything we needed.
