Liked: friendly & helpful staff & atmosphere

Disliked: location is rather awkward & thus makes travelling in the city difficult smoking should not be allowed on premises - very unpleasant in morning in kitchen area

Liked: Staff at hostel - smiley and very nice. Chill out place - large enough to accommodate more than twenty(?) people I guess; good to hang around with other travellers Breakfast - included in the price (some bread and cereal with milk)

Disliked: Location - They said I should take a bus but I happenend to walk from Florenc bus station to hostel and it took more than thirty minutes with my huge backpack. Cleanliness - If you are looking for a clean dorm with 13 beds, this is definitely not the one.

Liked: live in mixed 14 ppl dorm, staff are nice, toilet and bath not much, but enough to use. staff are helpful and beer is cheap (also i don't use ^_^) have locker and higher privacy, great.

Disliked: the door is a bit noisy, if someone come back at midnight, may wake u up.

Liked: The friendly English-speaking staff, an international company, despite the large number of people in the room is not crowded, fully equipped kitchen, clean rooms.

Disliked: Long way from the center, but it is close to the bus stop.

Liked: Welcome drink and breakfast were best I had in Europe. Friendly and helpful guys on the desk. Excellent kitchen. Single beds and large lockers in dorms.

Disliked: The hostel would be very good if its non-smoking rules were enforced – signs are posted everywhere but flouted by everyone. I felt like I'd smoked 50-a-day after using the (admitedly, free) computers downstairs. The location also isn't ideal – the district is not as "cutesy" as described and it is a bus ride into town.

Liked: It was good for the amount of money it cost. It isn't too far from the center either.

Disliked: The service wasn't great, and you have to ask for everything, even if it's mentioned in the description. For example, the free beer is something you have to ask for, otherwise you don't get it. The student discount you don't get unless you use their site to book.

Liked: Love the charming living room with the sofa group, makes it easier to get in touch with people. the red, flowery wall makes it feel all homey and cozy, and I like the plants as well >) The breakfast was very good too, and the showers was okei. Nice that you have a safe locker to put your valuable stuff. The staff was VERY helpful, friendly and made me feel welcome. Would love to stay here again.

Disliked: A bit poor lights in the ladies toilet

Liked: Great kitchen and common room. Bedroom was a good size too and comfy. Very cheap, and the breakfast is really good too. Less than a pound a pint!

Disliked: Realistically have to get a bus into the centre, though you can walk it takes a long time!

Liked: Very friendly an quick staff, breakast was fantastic, atmosphere made me feel like I was visiting a friend. Great kitchen. Very cool place from the start to the end.

Disliked: Nothing. Bus ride was fine, close enough to walk to (~30 min walk to Old City)

Liked: Self catering facilities and breakfast! Lockers are huge and great for storing all your stuff. The free "welcome" beer they give you!

Disliked: Very dim lights... not sure why they are so dim... makes the hostel seem obscure... Restrooms and showers could be a bit cleaner. Dorm doors shut very loudly! Made it tough to sleep when others are coming in and out!

Liked: I think that the main reason to why I am so happy with my stay at marabou was the great people, both staff and "roommates". It´s a cool place, and I was surprised that the included breakfast was that good. I definitely recommend this place!

Disliked: The location, well it´s a cool part of Prague but a bit far away in the night as the nightbus leaves once an hour...

Liked: Free Breakfast, internet and all the facilities.

Disliked: We booked a 10 bed dorm and we then realised that the room we were staying in was a 14 bed room. When we brought this up with the members of staff they told us that there was a maximum of 8 people in the room with us while we stayed so it was a 10 bed room. Seemed a bit dodgy to us given that it really wasn't a valid answer we got. We had a good stay over all but on the day of check out there was a large tour group who wanted to check in early and so the cleaner woke us up stomping around the room and changing bed sheets at 8 in the morning. We weren't impressed given that check out time is 11. Also no locks on toilet doors, which was quite uncomfortable, especially when there was a man sculking around the womens toilets. However it was a good stay over all.

Liked: Fun atmosphere, kind staff and good service (24hours reception, breakfast, cooperative personnel...)

Disliked: Sometimes the room can get a thin air, but it is not so bad.

Liked: We were offered a free beer on arrival which was nice. We also had free use of the kitchen with tea and coffee. It was good that they had free internet as well. It was quirky and I would stay again!

Disliked: The only thing we would have to say about our room and also the basement room was that they were both very dark. Our room had no window but I think you had to pay more to get one with a window.
