Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking tours with Tom are great (even in the rain!) Nice rooms and breakfast

Disliked: Showers are a little annoying as you a permanently pressing the button to keep them on otherwise nothing

Disliked: The hostel lacked atmosphere. There is a bar downstairs but no-one seemed to use it.

Liked: The staff was very helpful, of course. Free wifi in the entire hostel, as well as three computers in the lobby. Okay breakfast, close to several restaurants. Close to the subway, and walking distance to most things in Prague. We highly recommend it, great value for your money!

Disliked: Nothing in particular. The shower in the ensuite room took a while to get hot water from, but after a few minutes it was fine.

Liked: Reasonably priced, linen and towels included. A nice free breakfast.

Disliked: showers were terrible, bed was squeaky, and it was very very noisy as it's on a main road (even with the windows closed).

Liked: Clean and tidy with a nice kitchen. Close walk to the train station and really close to food, bars and shops. The four bed dorm we stayed in was spacious. Breakfast was nice. The owner is really helpful. The actvities that they put on hosted by Lenka really made this place special. Thank you Lenka!

Disliked: Could use some new shower curtains in the bathrooms.

Liked: Location was great. Felt safe since it was on a busy street. Close to everything but far enough from old town to be surrounded by slightly less pricey restaurants and pubs. Very cheap.

Disliked: I left early because a receptionist named Jan(yawn) was a little too friendly... He waited up for me to get home, offered me a beer and then said he wanted to kiss me. I said no. He asked why not... I had to convince him I didn't want to. I heard from the ladies in my room that he had hit on every one of them as well. It's advantage hostel not take advantage. As a woman traveling alone this is the last thing I want or expect from hostel staff. The towels were the size of tea towels and the showers were quite open and very near the door... So hopefully you're not shy?

Liked: The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly and really helpfull. 24-h Internet and WI-FI. There is a really nice place with comfortable coaches and a big TV with a flat screen. Everybody can have a locker to lock their things. THe breakfast is included and is pretty nice with variety of food.

Disliked: Shower was working not so good. It is in the same room with the toilets. Toilets can be closed with a door, but the shower space has just a plastic curtain. And the front door of all the bathroom can not be closed.

Liked: Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, nice free breakfast, cheap and clean. Seperate male and female bathrooms - clean. Kitchen is good. Very good location, walking distance to everything

Liked: It was clean and central

Disliked: One staff member was very unhelpful, he noticeably frowned when asked any questions. The first morning I was told by one member of staff it would be fine to have a 'packed breakfast' for the following day, as we were leaving very early. He, the unfriendly staff member on duty 12/13th August, then said no. This same staff member told me it was a 1.5 hour journey to the airport on public transport, his colleague had previously said 45 minutes. When leaving I asked about how to get to the airport, knowing there were maps in the hostel, he said no, he wouldn’t help and that I should check it out at the Metro. (he was also sleeping when I first came downstairs- not sure if he's supposed to be awake or not?) Anyway, despite him, I did my own packed breakfast, that was fine. Got to the airport way too early, it took 45 minutes not, 1.5. hours and we looked at maps in the metro and asked people there. Just one question, why is this guy working there, I saw him be 'off' with other guests as well?

Liked: There were lots of computers and free Internet. The daily organised activities. That there was a girls only dorm.

Disliked: That the lights were on sensors in the bathroom and went off when you were showering. Bit inconvenient when you had to get out of the shower to turn them back on.

Liked: I liked that the staff were very friendly and helpfull with anything that we needed during our stay. The breakfast was nice.

Disliked: I disliked that it was over priced for what it was. The pillows were so old and lumpy like they hadnt been replaced ever. The blanket was to small for the bed and in the shower you had to get changed infront of everyone cos theres no room.

Liked: Met some lovely people, nice place and hostel offers night time entertainment which is good if traveling alone as get to meet more people.

Disliked: Some staff slightly moody and women come in at 9 and wake you up to change sheets and shout at each other so they ensure everyone in the room has woken up....

Liked: This place was cheap, and available. Free lockers and storage were great. There were computers but there was always someone using them so I never got on. Breakfast was pretty good, but the coffee was downright TERRIBLE and I am not a picky coffee drinker! It was an alright place, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Disliked: Staff was not friendly or helpful. Location was not great...a good 15 minute walk to get anywhere, but only 2 minutes from the metro, if you want to pay. I was not comfortable walking back after dark. The showers were really tiny and really awkward...no privacy at all (people in hallway get a good look into the bathroom if the door opens), and there is very little preassure or hot water. I didn't find the bathrooms to be very clean in general. The place didn't have a great vibe. I'm sure there are a lot of better places to stay in Prague, but we just didn't book early enough.
