Liked: Staff were very helpful & hostel had a very interesting & unique style. Great that were kitchens to cook in, but in my case I didn't get to use them, alongside areas to chill out in.

Disliked: Stairs & entering the property through buzzer was an issue (roadworks in the street prevented me from communicating with staff, so had to wait a while to get in - was in a rush to catch transport for flight).

Liked: The staff was very helpful. There is a close tram stop so getting to it from the airport was easy. Also closely located to main town square and walking distance to the train and bus stations. It has the convience of a chain hostel. But the hominess of the building and the helpfulness of the staff made it much better. Also large beef bottles for sale at the front desk for just one euro!

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hostel had such a warm homely feel to it. Was always very clean and the included breakfast was the best I have had in a hostel! The location is perfect as well, 10-15 minute walk to everything you could want to see and do. I Would definitely recommended this place to friends!

Liked: I loved this place, the staff were amazing! the Hostel was adorable and in a good neighborhood, only a short walk to old town, but far enough out that the pubs/restaurants in the area aren't charging you tourist prices! Breakfast was great too.

Disliked: I had to walk through an 8-person room to get to the common areas and toilet, which was a pain. also, there are only 2 showers and 3 toilets on the first floor, which i think is a bit of a stretch for ~24 people when fully booked!

Liked: Close enough to city downtown.

Disliked: They only have two bathrooms and one of them is not really private. Lockers in the room are not suitable. Beds are kind of loudly.

Liked: The staff were really helpful and knew heaps about the city and gave us some great tips about where to go/eat/drink! Good atmosphere we felt really comfortable and welcomed for the duration of our stay :)

Liked: -Fantastic staff! They were more than helpful and did whatever they could in order to make you comfortable and enjoy your stay in Prague. We stayed at a couple of other hostels in other cities in Europe, and the staff at Art Hole was the BEST. They knew the city and were able to recommend fantastic restaurants and stores. -The location can't be beat. It is on a quiet street, but very close to everything! It's also on a street with affordable restaurants and a mini-mart around the corner. -They also offer free earplugs, which is so necessary in any hostel you stay at. We used the earplugs they gave us in other hostels we stayed at. It was a lifesaver. -Breakfast is included, and it includes a good spread of toast, jam, nutella, fruit, eggs, a couple of cereals, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. -The price was great for everything you get. -Free internet access on their computers and free wi-fi if you bring your own computer. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who comes to Prague. It is the best one I've ever stayed at.

Disliked: -This is very minor, but the beds were a bit squeaky. Luckily, with the earplugs it is not that noticeable.

Liked: Owner is a great guy, want to help with anything.Location is just like it should be near everything important.Clean, breakfast ok, rooms big enough, living rooms are big and at the reception there is always somebody and upstairs you can be alone if you want. So, everything great and plus really friendly staff

Liked: huge space to relax - kitchen, lounge room, big bathroom. okay breakfast, good location (5 min walk to old town)

Disliked: Cannot enter property with own key. got left out in the snow with 20kg backpacks for 20 mins because the reception guy was off doing something. VERY frustrating. no hot water for 4 nights we stayed.

Liked: The location was brilliant. Breakfast was a treat and they had great evening activities offered on some nights.

Disliked: Was rushed through when arrived as the staff were Stressed about the up coming day. Having to pay a large deposit. Only has one bathroom on each floor.
