Liked: The location was great. there was always hot water.

Liked: It's a very very warm place, a feeling of back home. Humerous hostess and employees, kind-hearted and friendly. Strongly Recommend!

Liked: The rooms are very nice, large, bright. Free internet is available, also Wifi. The street is calm. Very close to the center and main station, you can do everything by feet. Minimarket right next to the hostel. The hostel is some how like a family. Not too large, fast you know everybody.

Liked: the property is an old apartment block converted into a hostel. the building has character. looks a little bit wear. it's very old building, i would not let that put you off. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. pleaseure to stay at

Liked: Everything! Luke, the owner, was so incredibly helpful and friendly. There are two kitchens in the hostel that are up for use and a wonderful grocery store just down the street. The guests were all really respectful. It was surprisingly quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was really good too. They even had coffee and tea available all day. They had two computers in the lobby for those that didn't travel with computers. I loved this hostel and was so sad to leave.

Liked: location was excellent and the hostel was very unique and a lot of character.

Disliked: there were only 2 bathrooms but it was always free when I needed it.

Liked: Good location, a shoppingcenter around the corner almost and a short walk to the main square. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms, toilets and common room. A small and peaceful hostel with a nice staff :)

Disliked: The other shower and toilet are in the same room.

Liked: Great hostel with lots of character and a fantastic lounge to hang out with computers and free wifi. Breakfast was simple but good and the staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for what to do in Prague.

Disliked: I felt very safe and secure but the front door was never properly closed (not the staff's fault) and there was very little privacy. Even if I was alone in the room and closed the door it would be propped open, perhaps a hostel policy not sure. Also there were no locks on the dorm rooms but there were of course, free lockers.

Liked: The homey feel and amazingly friendly staff.

Disliked: Extremely thin walls.. hard to sleep when there are people in the lounge.

Liked: Homey atmosphere. Rooms are tidy, clean, and spacious. The guy at the receptionist desk is friendly and helpful.

Liked: Great staff, decent location (about 5-10 minutes from Old town), excellent wifi, relatively cheap

Liked: Like the free breakfast, the atmosphere, the location is amazing, the staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean!!!

Disliked: We were on the third floor and there was only one toilet and one shower for the entire floor which includes a 4bed dorm and a 6 bed dorm, so that got a little tricky in the morning!

Liked: It is a nice place to stay for night, quiet and clean. There are many books in the bar about the city, quite helpful. There are computers also for you to check mails, search something... Some of the staff are very kind and willing to chat and give much useful information.

Disliked: I slightly realize that people there prefer westen customers. I means if you are from easten Asia, you may have the feeling that they are not that kind of warm. It is more like a feeling to the whole city, not only just this hostel.

Liked: The service was friendly and helpful. There was a large common area. The facilities were good for the most part. There is a kitchen, two computers, and a large common area with guide books for Prague. There was someone at the front desk 24hrs.

Disliked: Art Hole Hostel messed-up our reservation the first night we were there so our party had to sleep in separate rooms. They managed the situation well, but we heard that the same thing had happened to another party that same weekend. The Hostel wasn't very lively, but they may have had more to do with the people staying there at the time as opposed to the actual Hostel as there were large common areas that were kept open at all hours.

Liked: Great location between the train/bus station and Old Town. Definitely within walking distance of all of the sites you will want to see while visiting Prague. The hostel was very clean, colorful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even staying a short while, I met some very nice people there.

Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked about this experience.

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We really appreciated the free breakfast and internet access, definitely worth the money.

Disliked: The hostel was a little difficult to find. Even with the written directions provided by the hostel, we ended up stopping in another hotel and asking the receptionist for directions. It would be nice if a street address was included in the directions!
