Liked: The location was brilliant!

Disliked: The facilities in the room where not totally satisfying. In our room most of the lights did not work and there was not a single mirrow. It was also a bit strange that we had a room with 5 beds, even though only one person was staying in there.

Liked: It had a lift.

Disliked: We booked double private. Once arrived were told they only had 5 bed dorm in a 9 bed apartment. We were promised the private room for the remaining two nights of stay. When we went to change rooms after the 1st night, we were told they had NO MORE SPACE for us. We had to move hostels. When i asked for my deposit back, the staff made an issue of it. Gas stove in kitchen had no lighter, i asked reception for lighter and they had none so i had to buy my own. At 530am the male reception guy walked into our 2 room/9 bed apartment with 3 young males. When i went to confront them, they looked surprised to see a male and they left immediately. The room stank of smokers and the kitchen was very poorly equipped and dirty. The bathroom flooded after having a shower. The room was very noisy due traffic and the curtains were useless as the didn't prevent any light from getting in. The mattresses were on the floor and not on beds. Bad WIFI connection in room

Liked: Spacious, bright rooms in a fabulous location for a reasonable price!!!

Disliked: nothing really..except my room was on the ground floor, which was pretty close to people walking on the street.. but otherwise it was good..

Liked: Privacy: the apartments are just for you, and no one gets in it (not even to clean)

Disliked: Mostly, related to the cleanliness: everything is dirty, full of bugs and spiders. When we tried to tell the staff so, they said that was normal in czech republic and sent someone to "clean" the room, which they hardly did. Without giving too many details, I just want to say that there were bugs everywhere (dead and alive) Also, the kitchen didn't work, the shower curtain was about to fall... really, WHAT I DISLIKED: ALMOST EVERYTHING

Liked: An average cheap hostel located in a quite calm area.

Disliked: A bit overrated in my opinion, and the rooms were quite worn down. Boring breakfast compared to the price, and in a rather boring room. Maybe will be better since it was quite new.

Liked: The staff were great, they tried to fix the problems, but they made most of the problems... so... yeah. Location is close to the metro.

Disliked: The power kept going off, the breakers tripping, the guy came to look but just turned everything off and on again... In turn about 3 of the 7 or 8 power outlets stopped working. They had 2 keys only available for a 3/4 person room. There was no curtain on the skylights meaning we had to get up at 5:30am. They first messed up our bill then tried to charge us twice. Very basic, if you aren't fussy, go for it. If you like a bit of space and a good nights sleep, i'd try somewhere else...

Liked: I liked how conveniently close it was the metro and how there were several convenient stores around.

Disliked: It was very dirty and when we got to the apartment there was hair in the bed, our kitchen light did not work, plumbing issues (water all over our counter, water would not drain from sink or tub), and the floors were so dirty that when you walk barefoot the bottom of your foot turns black!

Liked: It's really near the train station.

Disliked: The people who run this accommodation will never ever tell you that they are full. They own apartment blocks all over town and when the hostel is full they just move people out to these. When I was there they were sending people up to a 25 minute walk away. My block was dark, dirty and a lot of the lights didn't work. There was no reception and the wifi didn't work. Back in the main hostel the reception staff and unhelpful and occasionally rude. You do not feel at all welcome and they view you as money. I wouldn't ever stay here again.

Liked: Adequate accommodations - some might not like the tiles missing in the bathroom and the hand-held shower, but it was a good location and inexpensive.

Disliked: The lights and electrical sockets next to the beds did not work, and no one seemed in a rush to fix them.

Liked: Great location, right near the Museum and within walking distance to the old town. Staff is very helpful (except for one guy who was very very rude and wouldn't give one of our roomates a pillow).

Disliked: A little dirty, but it was pretty much a great stay.

Liked: literally minute walk to wencelas square where you get access to everything. got 2 rooms, the 4 bed private ensuite was better than the 3bed private. really clean rooms, n helpful staff at the desk. free wifi. free towels.

Disliked: not much, could of been cleaned b4 we got there but was not a major problem. police are corrupt!(dont get into trouble)
