Liked: I have stayed here twice, and the staff has been extremely helpful both times!! The first time there were three of us traveling together, and since they had space, they gave us an extra-large room with 8 beds! The second time I was here, we only stayed one night, but the girl at the desk let us keep our bags there, then return back during the day to use the lounge and computers if we liked.I also liked the LOCATION. it's right in Wenceslas square, and is really easy to find! It's right next to the police station. Also liked the price. Not very expensive, and the apartments aren't modern, they're czech. You get what you pay for.I LOVE THE FREE INTERNET!

Disliked: Not the cleanest apartments in the world, but you get what you pay for. I also wish reception was open 24 hours with the computers.

Liked: The location is excellent; 2 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. You can walk from the main railway station. Good restaurants nearby. Police station in street. Computers (3) available for free. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Fridge and self-catering facilities good. Other guests were quiet. Reception were helpful, answering questions, attending to needs promptly.

Disliked: Hand held shower would be cold in winter.

Liked: Excellent location ; helpful and friendly staff ; Provided fan upon request ; The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, but could use some additional staff to enable things to run more smoothly ; Ideal for back packers, most of whom probably have their own cooking utensils, as well as pots and pans.

Disliked: No room service for the entire 2 weeks we were there, though they may have provided it upon request ; The manager said the cable TV person would be coming the not long after we arrived, but never showed ; Had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival ; No light in entrance and hallway after dark unless you are lucky enough to find the switch.

Liked: Amazingly clean and renovated, we had the room on the top floor and had a really pretty view of the old city. Everything we needed was there.

Disliked: We had a room the day before on the lower floors and it was much less clean and comfortable. I guess they are renovating the top floors.

Liked: The apartments, as described, were very big and comfortable. Place was fully equipped and some rooms (although the one in ours did not work) even have machines to clean your laundry.

Disliked: I would have wanted some air conditioning but overall it was a great value for money place and I don't think I could have expected that for the price that I paid. We still had very large windows.

Liked: A good place for many friends to stay together! But our toilets were flooded for 3days and there are food left over in the oven by previous guests. =/

Liked: This hostel is situated in the center of the New Town of Prague, and a 5 minute drive from the metro and national museum which means it is so easy to reach this hostel. There are also many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Guests will discover numerous bars and pubs within 20 m from the property. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy to be stayed and there is free internet connection. It is an ideal hotel to plan for holiday stays.

Liked: It's so close to the main attractions, and its a quiet place, perfect if you want to enjoy the arts and beauties of prague. its really handy to reach and very cheap. apartments are pretty big. We only asked for a double bed, and we ended up having a 7 bed apartment. Kitchen and cookers are inside the private flat.

Liked: I had a very good, but interesting, stay at Krakovska hostel. Enjoyed a private room my first night of three before the electricity went out in only that room the next morning. The staff were helpful in trying to resolve the problem and ended up moving me to a nicer room. Someone is always available by phone, although reception was only sporadically open.
