Liked: The location is ok, near the centre of the city.

Disliked: The staff is not friendly nor helpful and the bathroom is the worst I've ever seen in a hostel.

Liked: Only location

Disliked: In the room: - dirty toilet and walls, - poor furniture, - loud because of the pub downstairs. no staff, no reception, no breakfast Just for add. 10EUR per person we could have room in the 3star hotel with breakfast

Liked: location was OK - half hour walk to the river/Jewish quarter and stuff. You have your own appartment

Disliked: I had my bag stolen from inside our room while my boyfriend was there (in the bedroom with the door through to the entrance room open). I was downstairs using the internet and didn’t lock him in the room on my way out – thief came in and swiped the bag off the sofa in the space of five mins. While I now realise you must lock yourself inside the room I really want all reading to know to do the same!!!! The member of staff who was on that night was completely unhelpful; said was our fault for not locking my boyfriend inside the room (yep, she had a point in hindsight) but also had no suggestions on what to do, made a promise to look at the CCTV which despite being asked two more times over the following days never happened, told us there were no international call centres anywhere near, when in fact we found three within a few hundred metres and didn’t offer any condolence at all – the nicer member of staff who was on in the morning did say she was sorry to hear of the situation. The area is not that great and there are a few nutters hanging about on Wenseslas Sq which is just the way in big cities – but this would lead me to believe that the hostel should keep its main door shut at all times. Guests have their own key and new people can ring the buzzer. People can just walk in off the street and head on up to the rooms and the reception view is partially obscured. Stay here by all means but please lock the door at ALL times including when you are in the room!

Liked: Very nice for family.

Disliked: No towels available and no Wifi on our floor.

Liked: the location was good, it was fairly clean and the stuff was more than helpful and very nice. the room was a good size, we got a private for 5 people and it worked perfectly

Disliked: the walk to the hostel seemed like it could have been unsafe, there wasn't breakfast

Liked: You pretty much get your own apartment if you have a few friends, it was very clean and had a great kitchen to use!

Disliked: Not really good if you are there to meet people, but still an amazing and cheap place to stay!

Liked: Very central, no key deposit, very quiet, easy going staff. Ensuite bath, fridge.

Disliked: Charge 20€ per night for car parking. Refused the offer and searched free parking spot outside the city center.

Liked: It's a nice place, we only used it to sleep and take a bath... all we needed.

Disliked: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived (at 2pm!), but the staff was really nice and let us leave the luggage there...

Liked: The apartment which they had given for ensuite booking was seperate and was very spacious.

Disliked: The place was very old. Breakfast was not part of this ensuite booking.

Liked: This was fantastic value for money and the staff were really helpful and friendly - ready with lots of tips about food and where to go! If you want to meet people this might not be the place to stay but if you are looking for a really convenient hostel which is clean and friendly you won't find better value for money!

Disliked: The free internet in reception wasn't working while we were there but that is the only thing I can fault and with an internet cafe about 300 metres away it wasn't a problem!

Liked: The location. The property is located close to several turistic points and metro stations.

Disliked: The apartments were old and not well cared.

Liked: Really clean, bright, big rooms. Felt like a hotel, with no bunk beds and excellent space. Very good value, felt very safe with a great location.

Disliked: Not ideal for meeting people, however didn't stay very long

Disliked: As others have noted it can get cold inside and the warm water reservoir get's empty quickly. (an also get's wam again quickly)

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a lot of information available at the hostel.

Disliked: I was a bit late arriving and the key wasn't left in the safe as expected, but the owner came quickly to let me in.

Liked: Great location, within short walk for bar's, clubs and sight seeing. Good size rooms with great bed's! Staff where very friendly and did help as much as they could even with sometimes very limited English.

Disliked: We had a cooker that we couldn't use as there was no Gas. The front door's to rooms where not very secure and could be opened very quickly. We had a washing machine in our bathroom with no where to plug it in?!

Liked: the room was big

Disliked: the bathtube was quite slipery and they didn't have a proper carpet. my mom fell and then we started using the bathroom's carpet inside the tube. hopefully nothing much happened, except for a bruise. but we asked them for a proper anti-slip carpet and they didn't do anything about it. another bad thing was that we were three and the boiler couldn't do much for us... the last one would alwazys have to have an almost cold shower.

Liked: Our room was really nice, spacious and clean. The reception was very friendly and helpful and there was free internet.

Disliked: The shower in our bathroom was not good. The water came on only on the side and the heat didnt last for more than a couple of showers.

Liked: Location, friendly staff.

Disliked: The first room that us was given, was really bad. Fortunately the second room was better. The staff told us they are fixing the rooms at the moment.
