The staff at reception were helpful and nice. The internet access was good, and the location was key! Just outside of the main square not five minutes walk from the river and maybe ten minutes walk from the Charles Bridge. It was also a safe location being across the street from the police station! They also hand out tasty sandwiches every day which supplement breakfast, which consists of cereal and milk!

I only spent one day and night in Prague, I could not have asked for a better, more central location. Facilities were satisfactory, common space was comfortable. The bathrooms were very small, and the sleeping quarters somewhat dense. I liked the double door of security. My room had less lockers than beds which caused a problem, and I was not at all satisfied with the staff's concern or attitude about it, basically walked away from me while I was talking to him seeking a solution = very frustrating; on a similar note, the stored luggage locker is basically a single bin, and things are stacked randomly with goods prone to being damaged (so don't store fragile items!). A last thing, why don't hostels sell stamps? Having to find stamps in every country while on an extended trip is a big pain, and seems so easy to fix.

Common room with couches and movies. Casual atmosphere. Dorms were spacious and comfortable, even the 8-bed dorms. Easy to find.

hard to meet other backpackers since nobody is ever around! wouldn't recommend for solo travellers. great location though.

had a good location, comfortable place, lost a passport and the staff helped sort things out and show us in the right direction, had a common room to hang out with other travelers with a stove and a small fridge........ sold beer!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the showers and toilets were really clean, so were the rooms and the hostel in general! For such a small price a night, you get internet access, a clean hostel, friendly staff and no curfew! Fantastic.

This hostel was clean and in a good location, near some of my favorite cafes and the metro. However, it is not really that safe because the door code is not changed very often and the bedrooms must be locked manually so most people just leave them open.
