Liked: pleasant reception on arrival as it was late

Liked: Nothing as such

Disliked: They charge everything extra. Dont go for the low price guys. They will charge 3 euro extra if you use your card, extra for linen, extra for breakfast, they also did not ask whether we wanted to extend our stay and gave reservation to somebody else and charged another 5 euros for checking half an hour late that too due to miscommunication at their end.

Liked: Lockers in the rooms, large 8 bed dorm was divided up in to 2 areas.

Disliked: Lacking in atmosphere and felt unkept. The ad I saw for this property advertised an airport bus within walking distance (which was why I booked it), but I found out on arrival that it has since changed it's route.

Liked: Bathrooms inside the rooms, quite clean. Breakfast is not included but it's all you can eat, and it's good.

Disliked: Some people in the stuff are nice and some people are not. Like most of prague, there's a lot of czech people that just don't seem to like foreigners.

Disliked: 10-bed dorm bathroom was not the cleanest.

Liked: however the rooms were decent and spacious, most of the staff were friendly & helpful

Disliked: it wasnt the best A&O out their! i've been to many others that have a more welcoming feel! there was no communial area or bar, just a small reception room! it wasnt a sociable as many others. its also a little further out of the city than we would have liked, but their is very good transport links which helps.

Liked: 2 things happend to us when we stayed there: 1st: we didn´t get our reserved double room. Instead we could stay in a 6 person room, which we had only for us. Not really a good exuse when u travel as a couple. 2nd: we choosed to pay in CZK! Bad decision acually! The guy at reception does not automatically tell you that in this case y pay about 10% extra because of money changing irregularities. So better pay in euro, although this sounds really strange, i know. But with the nice and kind help of the hostels manager we changed to euro-paying the day after. thx

Liked: The male scottish staff member was very helpful and friendly, unlike the other staff on reception.The dorms were dirty and not maintained. No linen was provided and the pillows were lumpy and disgusting.

Liked: I had a great time free internet and wifi was great and saved me alot of money and with tram, metro and main train station right there made it easier to get around than most hostels I have stayed at in prague before also it was a short walk from The super cool Cross Club what MANY are saying is the best club in europenext time Im back in prague I will stay here

Liked: The girl on night duty was very friendly and helpful. The hostel had a great little bar, very cozy, cheap drinks and huge shots!!!
