Liked: nice dorm room

Disliked: no elevator and we had a lot of bags

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Reception is open late so you can arrive late or ask questions later. Facility is very clean (ie. bathrooms).

Disliked: Breakfast options were slim (ie. instant coffee is not great). Wi-fi was tempermental - cut in and out all of the time in the rooms.

Liked: Our room had it's own private kitchen. The Breakfast was really nice.

Disliked: It's a bit far from the old town. I would definately recommed taking the trams. (Right out side the door.)

Liked: Beds were comfy, and everyone had a light and electrical socket which was great. Breakfast was generous and free. Close to the tram line and metro station.

Disliked: Wifi was not really reliable and the internet connection kept dropping out making it difficult book further accomodation. Hostel was a little further out of town 30-40 mins walk from centre if you didn't want to take the metro or it was late at night, but not a major problem.

Disliked: nothing really except for the location but u can get a tram from right outside the hostel so not a big problem

Liked: Is cheap and a nice place to stay!!

Disliked: The Hostel is really far from centrum, ist 10 minuets from the subway plus other 10 minutes in the subway to get in the centrum, the problem is that in the night the subways are close!!! The reception is open from 7 am to 24, that means that you cant check in in the middle of the night.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. I booked for mixed 7 beds dorm bt the receptionist kindly offered me female 4 beds dorm without extra charge. Breakfast though basic is good. Good location. I walked from Old town back to the hostel for 40minute or so but there is tram no 7 that stops right in front of the hostel. It is also very near the metro station.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: This hostel is definitely value for money! Not only is breakfast free, but compared to most of hostels I've been to, it's also very good! The hostel itself is very clean, people/staff are friendly and the area is quite calm/ safe.

Disliked: The only downsides are that there is no communal area and it would be quite hard to make friends here. But people who come in groups shouldn't be bothered by this, anyway. Also, the location is not the best -- quite 'far' from the centre. However, a 10/15-minute metro or tram ride gets you into the centre pretty easily. Overall: considering the relation between what you pay and what you get, this is definitely one of the best hostels in Prague!

Liked: Everything. Comfy beds, quite large rooms, good sized lockers, great place to meet people. Its not that central but its easy to get to the old town on the tram. Staff were awesome

Liked: It maybe not as central as some travellers might like it but it is actually very well connected via public means and you are in the tourist hot spots in really no time. Walking to the centre is also still an option. But Smichov is actually a less touristy part of the city and gives you a sense of real Prague and not just the Golden City. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The music tv being turned on in the breakfast room, playing cheesy and uninspired pop and dance music, was unnecessary to even disturbing.

Liked: The staff were always helpful and friendly. Location was pretty good - only a 5 or 6 minute subway to the Old Town or New Town (and station was very close). We liked that there was a kitchen! Free wifi available throughout buildings.

Disliked: No real common area. Bring your own juice to the free breakfast - their OJ is just orange water, it's awful.

Liked: Great hostel, friendly helpful staff, safe area, 5 mins on metro to centre of Prague which was great for us. Nice breakfast and a lovely personal touch (personal travel photos of owner on the walls).

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location is very convenient for traveling -- next to the Smichov train station. Also, it's cheap, and being slightly out of the tourist district but on a tram line means that you can get much better prices on food while still having easy access to the famous sights of Prague. And you get more of a feel for the real city (although still in the nicer parts of town), rather than the tourist/historical side.

Disliked: Beds are small -- I'm 6'3" and didn't really fit very well. The lights in the stair case were not the greatest -- long, dark ascent to the rooms. And the internet is only available while the staff are at the desk (07:00-midnight).

Liked: big breakfast (but not really anything special), helpful staff, free lockers and wifi

Disliked: as others have said the lack of a real common room makes it not the best place to meet people, wifi didn't actually work in my room- had to go on the patio opposite the room for it (not a big deal for me)

Liked: Great value for money. Very clean and safe with a good staff and free breakfast. Although the location isn't great, it is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram that brings you to downtown Prague in just 10 minutes.

Disliked: Location was the only downside, but it didn't end up being too big of an issue. Prices are lower at stores around the hostel, which is a good thing about the location.

Liked: It was very clean and cozy. The employees are very helpful, and it is easy to find, not to mention close to the city center of Prague. The breakfast is great too!

Disliked: Maybe could have used a bit more locked storage space.

Liked: Good place to meeeeet people, the staffs there are nice and patient. Also clean and well accommodated.

Disliked: A little bit far from the city center. Really near the railway station Smichov(or something else) but the website doesn't point it out...had to get a transfer at the main station..when I got back and realized...not that goooood.....
