I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff. Helena wasvery nice to myself and my friend and went far and above the call of duty for us. The whole staff were friendly and accomodating. I would definately stay here again.

It was great to have a kitchen attached to our room. This hostel has a nice clean feel about it. The only annoying hhing was having to cross the road to reception when this side was closed, otherwise no complaints.

Very very polite and helpful staff Good sized rooms. Clean good hot showers free internet.near reliable tram and easy access to city without being in a tourist area. Very good value. Breakfast

I was concerned with security before I went, but my fears were alleviated when I got there. It is located away from the city center, but is a 5 minute metro ride from anywhere, and the nearest station is just across a bridge. The area might be sketchy if you are a female, coming back drunk alone at 4 in the morning, but that's a sketchy situation to be in regardless. Prague is no less safe than any other major city... keep your wallet in your front pocket and no worries. The staff were laid back and always helpful. Free breakfast was nice. B+ hostel. Great value for the money, which was 20 dollars per person, per night, for a private room.
Learn to say "thank you" in Czech. It will make you stand out from the other hordes of travelers who don't bother to learn the language that is under threat from external forces. "Dekooji," pronounced "Dekooyi," or "Dequee" if you are in a hurry, is guaranteed to get you better service and an instant smile.

Very clean, good bunk beds that don't squaek, well organised friendly staff, fantastic facilities, lovely big lounge room which is very clean and tidy, heaps of access to internet, 24 hour access to the building and even though it's not right in the middle of prague theres a tram outside the door only 6 stops. Very lovely place with a very good vibe.

eveything here is awesum kitchen free net functional showers comfy beds the only thing is its a bit out of the city 5 mins by metro.

the bathroom and the rooms were very clean, nice kittchen, a good place to sleep. almost every facility is new or in good condition. I was very pleasantly surprised. And I met very nice people.

Free internet, generous breakfast, clean open spaces, nice beds, staff, liked the free locker inroom a lot. Overall pleasant experience. Only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't more centrally located.

The hostel was secure, the staff were friendly and the tram stop is literally outside the hostel. It's five minutes on tram to a shopping area and 10 minutes on tram to the famous Charles Bridge and Old Town Square.
The hostel has free internet (3 computers) and offers a huge breakfast (cheese, breads, meat, more cheese, cereal and juices). Excellent value for money!
Our only reccomendation is to avoid the metro completely (really dodgy, especially at night!) and get the tram from outside the hostel's front door to Andel (shopping district) and change trams at Andel (safe at night).
