Liked: Breakfast with tea/coffee included in price, also lent a towel at no charge. Nice enough rooms.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi kept going out, only had it for 1 of the 3 nights I stayed.

Liked: Very clean. Ample food provided for breakfast. Free internet.

Disliked: Firstly I booked into a dorm as I was travelling alone and was put in a private room with 2 old women the first night, then I was on my own the other 2 nights so didn't meet anyone. There was no locker in the private room and it opened out onto the dining room, where every morning at 7.30am a young couple would bring their child who screamed for over an hour and woke me up.. My key didn't work and I sat in reception whilst the door was fixed for over an hour - only to then finally ask the girl on reception how long it would take for her to reply it was fixed ages ago (so she'd just been staring at me for 45 minutes and didn't bother telling me).. The cleaners then threw away my unopened food out of the fridge then blamed other backpackers for stealing it - even though it was obvious the whole kitchen and fridge had been cleaned, I then spoke to reception and they were very rude.

Liked: easy for public transport to get into town. tram stop right out the front. lockers in dorms

Disliked: no real chill out area, as there is a small kitchen on every floor for around 2 or 3 rooms so there is not one place where everyone gathers to have a drink or chat. wi-fi in dorms doesn't work half the time, however they have 3 computers down stairs that are free,

Liked: Ease of getting to the airport on tram, yellow line, and bus. Breakfast and linens included.

Disliked: With heavy backpacks, that was a long walk from the metro station! In the (newer? red?) building reception was hidden upstairs. Simply a sign on the ground floor, not simply with the hostel name but indicating how many flights up, would have helped. After we found reception, things improved, but after the long walk to the building the uncertain walk up (should we be going down?) stairs was not pleasant.

Liked: Very easy to get everywhere by public transport, very clean, the kitchen was an added bonus, and met really cool people there.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: The staff were very friendly.

Disliked: It was quiet and the roof top terrace was at the other hostel across the road. The wifi was terrible and kept cutting out. The breakfast wasn't that great.

Liked: the kitchens were fantastic! the staff was also really helpful -- our flight was delayed until 2 am and the lady at the reception waited up to check us in. there was a grocery store nearby, and all transit stops were within walking distance and really close to the center of town. the rooftop terrace was also a huge plus! the whole place was also really clean

Disliked: the internet didn't work so well in the rooms, and sometimes the computers weren't working either.

Liked: Our apartment (for 8 people) had its very own kitchen, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cosy.

Liked: The apartment we stayed in was lovely and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the whole room made it worth dragging a giant suitcase up every flight of stairs in the building. The staff at reception were also really helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The only issue was you had to pretty lucky to get a computer and the wifi was practically useless unless you wanted to sit in the hallways to connect to it which a lot of people seemed to be doing. Although unless you plan on staying inside your room for the duration of your stay then really it isn't anything to get worked up about.

Liked: We got upgraded to an apartment with other travellers. It was very clean and had lots of facilities available. The breakfast was really good considering u dont pay anything for it.

Disliked: Its mabye a bit too far out, but there is the metro close by so it's not really a problem.

Liked: Nice to have a free breakfast. Lovely spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. GOOD.

Disliked: Slightly out of the city centre. OK if you're prepared to walk.

Liked: The breakfast was simple but nice, staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were pretty good.

Disliked: The locations is definetly the weakest point. Its not at the center, and is a quite bit walk to the metro. If you dont mind walking and taking longer to get to the interest points its fine, the place worths the money. But I wouldnt reccomend for party people.

Liked: Very good breakfast, Wi-Fi, clean rooms, free locker

Disliked: There is no common room to meet people. Also, if you want to do laundry, the washer and dryer are really old and it took over three hours to do one load of laundry. However, the staff was really nice and did remove my laundry from the dryer and fold it.
