Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Stairs. To be really picky it would have been nice to have an elevator as we had stacks of luggage. But otherwise great.

Liked: Room wasbig and spacious snd contained a table. Kitchen fine shared between only 3 dorms of 8. Beds were very hard but there was free linen and towels. Free internet, 3 comouters for access.

Disliked: Hard beds- very thin foam matress. Room always unlocked to the shared kitchen so evveryone who had access to the kitchen- 3 dorms worth- had access to our room.

Liked: Right next to a tram stop and only a few minutes' walk from the closest metro station.

Disliked: The breakfast was boring and stodgy.

Liked: I like everything, especially the staff.

Disliked: We stayed on the 4th floor, and the kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The kitchen itself is OK, but you can't eat in it, you have to carry the meal to your room. So you are lucky if you stay on the 3rd floor. On the other hand, the breakfast was on the 4th floor, so it somehow compensated. The room could be bigger.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful and their English was good.

Disliked: Location. Not really convenient. They said a tram runs right in front of the building to downtown but it was not in operation and in fact does not go as close to the interesting areas as advertised if it does run. The neighborhood was a bit dodgy, particularly the walk from the train station to the hostel at night. Lockers in dorms are not big enough for luggage so only good for storing valuables.

Liked: That it had a kitchen for the clients and that the rooms are mixed!

Disliked: I disliked the noise of the street, especially of the trafic lights.

Liked: Excellent hostel, was perfect in location yet cheap; free towel, wifi, breakast and lockers; friendly staff and clean showers. I had only started my backpacking so had no need for the washing machines, therefore I can't comment on them. Overall 9/10 (lost a point for VERY slow internet but it was free wifi so my phone worked). Great place, will stay again when I am next in Prague - beautiful city!

Disliked: Slow internet.

Liked: One of the best hostels I´ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cosy and a good location. Would definately stay in Arpacay again.

Liked: It is exactly like the second home. You don't need anything else there!

Disliked: It was a bit difficult for us to climb stairs with big luggage.

Liked: The directions were spot on and I found it very easy to find, it only takes 15mins by metro from the centre of town and also from the main train station. The staff were very helpful and the hostel has a great roof terrace.

Disliked: At night i did not feel safe walking back to the hostel as a single female traveler the little bit of park you have to walk through has lots of people sleeping rough at night but idf you are with somebody else it is fine.

Liked: Stuffs are friendly and you can meet really a lot of friends.

Disliked: A little bit noisy at night due to the passing vehicles. If you shut the windows, noise is reduced but the room becomes very hot in summer.

Liked: Everything was pretty well put together.

Disliked: Nothing to complain about, though the bathroom/guest ratio is a little low.

Liked: The staff at reception was very cooperative and kind. The room was clean and was equiped with a locker for free. Security was good. Would like to stay again if have a chance. I also recomend this place to other travelers for a nice stay.

Liked: perfect place for a cheap getaway. It is a quiet and safe place to stay.

Disliked: It was a bit far from the centre but not a problem if you dont mind walking or using the public transport. Everything was clean but one of the showers wouldnt drain properly and the toilets smelled badly.

Disliked: nothing spetial, the building isn´t in the center, but It´s near and is esasy to get there, so I think that it is not a problem.

Liked: free breakfast and allowing us to store our bags even though we had checked out.

Liked: The staff were ok and its value for money. The dorm bed i was in was large. Lockers in room. Breakfast was great though and quite filling, and free.

Disliked: The shower room had no lock on it so anyone could come inside. The shower smelled sometimes like sausage and didnt look clean at all. I avoided showers. The kitchen in the rooms arent cleaned very well. No elevators.
