 Staff were great...they definitely go out of their way to help you. I stayed for a week after only planning to stay for a couple nights.

If you book a bed in this hostel, please don't take one at the 4th floor. You can not sleep long there because the television is on that floor and breakfast is served on that floor. You can not sleep long in the morning because loudly people will awake you.

Close to train station, close to trams, buses. Free internet. Clean rooms. All but one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They all know English. Meanwhile, the mattresses were super thin (could feel each wooden slat underneath) and the environmentally friendly light bulbs were made the rooms very dim. The common room closes at 10pm at the second hostel across the street from the original hostel.

The Hostel was clean, it was great that you paid once and that included all the other things like internet, towel etc, in all the hostel was great value for money

The kitchen facility was great, and the rooms themselves were very large. The kitchen had a nice seating area that easily sat six, and could have held more. The provided breakfast was also very nice, especially for the price.

It was clean and I met other backpackers which was great. I really liked the array of services such as free internet, luggage storage and breakfast that were offered. And all this was well worth the low price. I didn't have to worry about issues with the hostel so I could fully enjoy my stay in Prague.

kitchen on our level as well as excellent modern shower facilities. It was lovely and warm and the breakfast was included in the price.

the hostel was really nice though I consider it to be a bit far from the center... nothing bad if you use the public transportation system. The fact that the rooms are split between buildings and floors is not helpful for meeting other travelers but overall, the experience was good.

The place is nice but so far away from the center and they seem to have some problems with the machine to pay with credit cards. The ask one of us to pay again when she already paid...
