Liked: -Very nice staff -We stayed in a dorm and had a double bed on a separate loft, so it was almost like having a private room-Free internet, lockers in rooms + locks in doors, kitchens shared between 4 or so rooms? Only one shower/toilet per 4 rooms, though. -We got to leave our luggage there before check-in/after check-out-Far from the centre, but if you buy a 24hr metro ticket the connections are quite good

Liked: I just spend 3 nights at Arpacay with my girlfriend, and have only the best things to say. First of all, you can't beat the price. It cost us smth like 8.11 pounds or 9 euros per night with breakfast, internet, lockers, safe, and luggage room all included! We didn't have to spend a penny more than the price on this website, and honestly guys and girls, this is a real bargain. Secondly, the location was quite good. It's not bang in the center of town, rather, you have to walk 5 minutes to the nearest bus, tram, train and metro station (smichovske nadrazi) and it only takes 10 min to reach the center. This, in my opinion is a good thing, for 2 reasons. First of all, you don't get all the noise of the city centre, whilst at the same time you can reach the centre in 10 minutes. Secondly, because it's not in the tourist area, you can find some really nice REAL Chech bars and restaurants 5 minutes away, which are bars for locals, really cheap, with good food. For instance, near Arpacay you can get a full meal (and we're talking huge plates here) plus a big beer for around 200 Crowns or less (around 8 euros) whereas in the centre 2 espressos and a sandwich cost around 500 crowns! All in all, a fantastic experience, really nice people, ideal location and great price. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks Arpacay!

Liked: The staffs were very helpful and kind. The bus station was 10 - 15 minuites by walk. There were some small markets around the hostel. The hostel was located along the street, so it was really noisy in the night. Some young guys were also really noisy, and drunk until mid night. There was only one bathroom on the each floor. ( One of the bathrooms was broken...!)

Liked: Nice beds, good security, good breakfast, only 10mins by tube to town which & v cheap to catch. Mall down road offers cheaper shopping, supermarkets and opposite mall was some fantastic restaurants which had a thousand times better food and service than anywhere in the tourist part of town, and it was cheap too, highly recommend Corte di Angelo, best food and wine that the 4 of us had had in all of europe!

Liked: Not really condusive to meeting people- only common area is the breakfast area really. Nice rooftop patio and friendly staff though. Location is not ideal- definitely takes a while to get anywhere by bus or subway. Also, beware if you have luggage- you have to walk up like a million stairs on the crazy bridge to get to the hostel from the station... and then once there more stairs of course. That was not described clearly in the description.

Liked: very well organised. these guys have thought about everything; clothes hooks, lockers, safe at reception, huge breakfast, loads of maps and info, and its inexpensive. we could not recommend this place enough. very happy guests.

Liked: GOOD- cheap, good & clean rooms with private space, clean bathroom, good reception. BAD- no internet!!(it was destroyed or something at that time), location not as accessible as I thought, no towel. :( OVERALL- good stay nonetheless but could have been better.

Liked: It's good to go around with the public transport from here. It's very rare for the hostel to prepare breakfast but they did well. It's worth the money.

Liked: Our room was situated next to breakfastroom, which made sweet dreams at morning almost impossible. Breakfast itself was tasty. The Matrasses of our beds were very thin. You could easily feel the hard touch of bottom boards.
