Jukka JänttiVery friendly and trusting staff. Excellent location for people not looking for bars, but more of a quiet stay in beautiful scenery. Rooms also look amazing. |

Customer reviewThe woman who runs it is very kind and helpful, it is situated perfectly for someone who wants to really experience the Old Town and it is a nice walk down to the city with a lot of sights on the way. |

Customer reviewWhere to start? The night my girlfriend and I arrived, we were told that the double-bed-room we had booked was occupied as the reservation had been made last minute. Instead, we were offered a tiny twin-bed-/storage-room that, judging from the amount of dust on the floor and furniture, hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. After spending the first night there, and repeatedly hitting my head on the narrow door-frame, I insisted we be put up somewhere else. It was then arranged that we stay at a beautiful, spacy maisonette-appartment near the Charles Bridge for 2 nights. That was really something. Despite having stated that we'd stay on at said appartment for another night, and having received conformation of this from the lady responsible, we were relocated to a less comfortable appartment close to the old town for the last night. I'll put it like this: your stay at the beautiful, wonderfully-located Guesthouse Golden Tree might proceed without incident - or you might end up being driven from one room/appartement to the next like cattle without any fault of your own. It's a bit of a risk where the Guesthouse Golden Tree is concerned. The breakfast is fine, btw. |

Customer reviewIt is located on a quiet street right by Prague Castle. Travelers have their own floors in a three story house. There are small markets within walking distance. There are two convenient tram stops. Breakfast in the morning is useful for saving money. The workers are very friendly . The beds are extremely comfortable. It is more like a hotel for hostel prices. |

Customer reviewThe hostel is perfect for a romantic stay in Prague. It's located in a quiet, charming lane, just a few minutes away from the Prague castle, close to a terrace with scenic view from the hill over the city. The staff is really nice, and helpful. The room we had was really comfortable, with a large bathroom. I'd definitely recommend the place. |

Customer reviewThe only good thing about this hostel is the location and breakfast. The room where we stayed in was old and dirty. Before sleeping we went hunting. We had to kill five spiders and some bugs where i don't know the name of. The bathroom is located in the hallway. It is very small and it stinked because the ventilation canal hasn't been cleaned in months and the water drainage was disperged. The walls were full of fungus. This hostel has a very bad price/quality rate. I would not recommend this hostel. My advice is not to book in this hostel, you might regret it. |
