Important Information

Check-in time must be during the regular hours. For later or sooner start of your stay you need to contact us in advance to make an arrangement if possible! We accept only Visa and Mastercard (no electron cards, e.g. Visa electron or Maestro, or any other cards). In the case you are using unacceptable cards we reserve a right to cancel your entire stay. We require a deposit of 100 Euro in cash. This amount covers damage done to the premises. We do the preauthorisation in advance.

For later or sooner arrival you need to contact us in advance to make an arrangement if possible! Maximum time to check-in is 11 PM.

If you do not appear within regular hours we have a right to cancel your entire stay.

We only accept cash (CZK) on arrival!

You may cancel your stay up to 48 hours before arrival date - two days before your arrival by 8 AM - written cancellation (by email) is needed and must be confirmed by us!

Caution deposit of 100 Euro in cash is required.

These special conditions are valid during New Year period, from 27th of Dec 11 until 1st Jan 12 :

*** minimum stay of 4 nights is required
*** caution of 200 Euro or 5000 CZK in cash for each room is required.
*** cancellation conditions are:
- cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the first night stay
- cancellations less than 20 days prior to arrival date will be charged for the whole stay

Closing days: 24th and 25th December - during those days you cannot check-in, you can just stay through.
