Liked: I loved that is was located close to the town square and easily accessible to all of Prague's amenities . Large open area space with TV, GREAT!. The internet was weak however, I think that is due to Prague's heavy architecture. Kitchen was clean and well kept and the staff were kind and helpful.

Disliked: A little trouble registering on christmas however, the issue was promptly rectified and our apartment key was issued to us. There was a washing machine however no dryer, that would have been useful in the middle of winter. There was a lack of supplies such as toilet paper. An extra stash would have been helpful.

Liked: It's close to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square, and is only a short walk to plenty of bars, pubs and attractions. The apartment itself is huge, clean and very comfortable - would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: it was in the middle of the old town of prague, perfect place. the room was big enough for two person(couple), the bad was clean and it was everything necessary in the apartment.

Liked: This is a very nice and spacy apartment, at a great location in the centre.

Liked: Location, clean rooms and price.

Disliked: Not having the things that they say they have. the place was also under construction. The transfer of key was not very smooth. I needed to call twice and made us wait in the street because construction workers were there.

Liked: the location was unbelievable - literally a few steps from the old town square and the astronomical clock. the apartment was great too - very big, with a nice bathroom, a full kitchen/dining room, and a massive bedroom. It had a tv, bath, dining table, lots of cupboards. everything was well furnished and new and renovated. we got the airport pickup since we arrived in the middle of the night and it was very convenient. the staff were extremely kind and very helpful.

Disliked: the only negative was not having a reception on site. for the first day our heating did not work and we had to call for them to come and fix it.

Liked: The location was excellent, steps away from the Charles bridge, the Jewish quarter and the Old Town square. The apartment that we stayed in was clean and spacious and the kitchen had a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a small cooktop.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location.Clean.Good kitchen, bathroom etc. Very helpful staff who gave tips and advice for visiting Prague.

Disliked: Didn't end up staying at this property. Received a message the day before the trip to say there were issues with hot water. They put us up in 'Mozart Historic Apartment' (http://www.pragueresidences.com/detail.php?id=10) instead. Apartment was clean. Only had one bedroom with twin beds. Then had 2 double sofa-beds in the lounge. This meant that we had to put the beds away every day to have enough space to sit down.

Liked: The location was fantastic.

Disliked: Unfortunately, I was very dissappointed with this apartment. The apartment was poorly serviced. The bed slated were completely broken, so we had to sleep on the sofa-bed. Therefore there was no couch! There was only one chair so one of us had to sit on the side of the sofar-bed to eat meals. There was no curtain or blind near the window - so lack of privacy! There was only one wine glass, no plug for the sink and the blankets were festy and dirty! I would NOT recommend this accomodation!

Liked: Location is excellent! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is cute and cosy just we needed. The building was quiet and we have no trouble at anypoint.

Disliked: The website says all apartments have a fully quipped kitchen but this is not the case, we had a hotplate, toaster and kettle and thats it. we were expecting an actually kitchen.

Liked: The fantastic central position in the old town.

Disliked: The lack of space and forniture. For six people just 4 chairs and a very small table, not a wardrobe.

Liked: We stayed in the second building on Zelezna. Incredible apartment for the price - big, clean, great location and decked out with a full kitchen. Big bed, sitcom, wifi, the works. The welcome was great, loads of info on what was around, and directions to the supermarket. Stay here!

Liked: Ideal if you're travelling in a group. The apartment we stayed in (4 bed apartment) came with a bathroom and a bedroom/kitchen - both of which were immaculate when we arrived. We could hardly believe the location of the apartment...we could literally see the old square from the window and the street we were on is fairly quiet so a definite thumbs up! The facilities are quite good - the beds were comfy and there was a gas stove, sink, kitchen utensils, cutlery and a fridge in the kitchen (but no oven/microwave). Also, there was satellite TV :)

Disliked: The only thing I would say this property needs is a microwave/oven :)

Liked: Very central apartment with large spacious rooms, however floor was quite dirty and we found a mouse on the last night! but staff were helpful and free wifi was useful too!
