The staff are outgoing friendly and very helpful. This has got to be one of the best experiences of a hostel anywhere Ive stayed in anywere in the world. I highly recomend this place. Dont let the low price fool you, this place is Fantastic

We arrived at 5 in the morning & hadn't slept from Munich, at 8 am they realised they had a spare appartment so rather than make us wait for a double room they upgraded us for free!!! Service this friendly doesn't happen often! 5 flights of stairs but nice rooms clean modern batheroom. Free internet. It is out of town 2 or 3 stops on the underground but it really isn't a major hassle! I would stay there again

The staff is very friendly and helpfull! The rooms are quiet and clean. The subway is close by.

Free internet and super-helpful staff!!! The two bed apartments are a good size with a good shower. Very quiet, although you do have to climb up 4 floors to get to them - this is a good workout if you have over-indulged in Prague. Can highly recommend the pizza place three doors away - good pizza and not a bad price!
