Liked: I really enjoyed the rooms and the availabiliy of a kitchen and microwave with free tea and coffee. THe staff was really nice as well.Great location and very clean.

Disliked: The noise from other people staying there was terrible some nights. After midnight, no workers are there and people can get loud and rowdy in halls and staircase. Its even worse that the staircase amplifies conversations.

Liked: I love this hostel as it is less crowded and from time to time, i got to meet new ppl at the common room. It's definitely a good hostel to stay to have a good night sleep as it is quiet despite being located at the famous Wenceslas Square. Toilet is cleaned everyday and it is spacious as well. They even have washing machine if you want to wash your smelly clothes. I would definitely recommend this hostel as it is value for money and you can get everyday by walking, that is you save alot on transportation.

Disliked: However one BIG disadvantage of this hostel is 1) it doesnt have lift and if you booked 12 beds dorm, you will need to carry your big and heavy luggage up the swirling stair all the way to the top. 2) It is appeared that pillow and duvet case is not changed whenever a customer left. I find this not hygienic personally. However I am not sure as they uses the same cases for all beds. They may change it everyday without me knowing but Im just expressing my opinion.

Liked: Great location right in Wenceslas Square and easy walk to train station, old town, & Charles bridge.

Disliked: Old building with old furniture, flooring and very thin walls.

Liked: The location was amazing - was really central and could walk everywhere which was a nice change from some of the other hostels i stayed in.

Disliked: There were quite a lot of stairs to get to the room - no lift

Liked: Towels were provided, rooms were very spacious, staff were amongst the most helpful and friendliest I have come across, our room had a computer with internet, perfect location, well-ventilated rooms, nice shower

Disliked: bunk beds were a little squeaky, bathrooms were shared between several rooms with no separate toilet. We lived on the top floor without a lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a hassle

Liked: The location was amazing...right in the center and the rooms were comfy and welcoming.

Disliked: The bathrooms smelled pretty badly of cleaning solution... to the point where i tried to avoid them. Also the sign for the hostel was very small and a little hard to find.

Liked: Good location on the main strip, kind of near everything. Friendly staff and loads to do around. Get a sausage from one of the stands!

Disliked: The 4 flight walk-up with my heavy, heavy bag. The kitchen was more or less non-existent, and I found a bunch of ants running around on the table next to the coffee in the common room probably from other travelers' mess though.

Liked: The ambient, the location. It was in the room a computer with free internet.

Disliked: Only was one bathroom with one shower for all the floor *14 people. The terrace was closed so early.

Liked: Right in the centre of Prague, staff helped with info about the city and places to eat. Kitchen and roof terrace, and one computer with free internet.

Disliked: When we arrived they would only take cash, and wanted the exact money as they don't keep much change. At night time there were loads of ants crawling around the kitchen area! Had to lock loads of doors behind you within the hostel - fire risk! Booed two nights together, but when we arrived were told that we'd have to move rooms. Managed to stop this in the end by arguing for a while.

Liked: The rooms, kitchen and bathroom are new renovated.

Disliked: To less bathrooms and the fact that there is a common space (sofa, TV, computer) inside the room. If you want before midnight, that is terrible!

Liked: The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us an abundance of information and tips on travelling in and around the city. The rooms were large, bright, and clean, with both working televisions and high-speed internet terminal and wi-fi (both free). The hostel itself is right on the main street leading directly into the oldest part of the city. The building is a heritage property, so one gets to experience a real building in Old Prague. Really, the staff and location made all the difference on our visit to Prague, and I would happily stay there again!@

Disliked: At the time we stayed, there were some hot water shortages, due to the fact that the entire block consists of heritage buildings and heritage piping. However, the staff did everything they could to make sure we all had access to hot showers (although it was so hot that week that we all wanted cold showers anyway!). The kitchen facilities were somewhat lacking, but one could store food and cook on the hostel's portable burners, so it wasn't a major problem feeding ourselves. Also, the building has no elevator, the owners being unable to alter the property. Regardless, the stya was worth it.
