 Excellent staff. We got upgraded to the top floor apartment which was good.

Fantastic location in the heart of town, but still very quiet and private. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and good quality amenities. No communal areas or bars within the hostel which was perfect for us but maybe a downside for some. Underneath the hostel is a great pizzeria!

Staff where extremely helpful on arrival and when they saw that we where a family, gave us the choice of a number of rooms.We were able to change to the apartment with the balcony overlooking Wenceslas Square on our second day and where really pleased with the buzz and the atmosphere overlooking the Square.Prime location with everything within strolling distance, would definitly return !!!

besides the noise groups of travelers in the staircase at night it was a very pleasant stay! the location is marvellous and the rooms are well above hosteling standard

The room was really big and clean and good, we even had a balcony facing on to the xmas market. Location was excellent. Bathroom was good too, shower was good and water was hot. Only downside was there were a lot of stairs up to our room, but from what we heard some of the other travellers had ended up in and paid more than us we were happy.

Location, an excellent place to stay with a group of mates as the rooms are huge!! Staff very friendly and definately go out of there way for you.

We literally stayed in an apartment. Although online it says that the maximum number of persons for the room is three, I could have fit seven people. Although we did not use it, there was a washing machine in the room, stove plates, refrigerator, plates, ect. It even had a tv. There were two bedrooms.

Got plenty of exercise climbing the stairs!! being very central was good and a lovely spacious room and clean was important.

Great location: close to the coolest bars, the city center, an inexpensive internet-cafe, supermarkts and restaurants.

The location is simply unbeatable for the price. All the sights are well within walking distance. We were upgraded to room 1 (4 single beds + double bed room) which had a huge lounge, kitchen and balcony overlooking the main square. It was simply fantastic. Staff were also very helpful as we were allowed to leave our luggage in our room until our evening flight even though we had unofficially checked out. Good security as guests are given a key for the street facing door, the hostel door and their room door. Highly recommend!
