Liked: room had lockers however warned to keep valuables at reception. kitchen on each floor. nice little "beer garden". had a lift, within walking distance of the station and the sights. separate men and womens shower rooms. good variety for breakfast.

Disliked: Although each floor had a kitchen they where very poorly equiped, and eating area was a table in a tight corridor! reported problems with bathroom light on first day and 5 days later still not sorted. we had food taken from the fridge, not the hostels fault, but the staff had a who cares attitude when we informed them.

Liked: If you want to see prague on a budget this is the place to go. Its in a great location, only a few minutes from old town square. The dorms are clean and for the price it is a good place to stay

Disliked: The hostel had few communal areas which made meeting people quite difficult. The showers and toilets could have also done with a bit of a clean. The staff are ok but won't really go out of their way to help you. The hostel lacks air con and in summer the dorms and kitchen areas are sweltering.

Liked: I had 2 stays the last month and for both the staff did a great job. The first one I arrived 5AM (instead of 12 hours earlier) which was no problem and the staff allowed me a later checkout as I would stay for one night. And the second stay I was with a group of 6 from different nationalities, we all booked seperate. At our arrival we asked if we could stay in 1 or 2 rooms together. After some administrational work it was no problem, they even moved me from a 10 bed dorm to an 8 bed dorm.

Disliked: It was pretty warm in the restaurant, but that could also be due my illness at that moment.

Liked: very good atmosphere due to other travellers, felt extremely relaxed in terms of not necessarily locking doors on rooms, didn't need to lock away any belongings/valuables etc. very sociable, good bar service. very good breakfast and fairly central (although directly across from main fly-over creating a lot of traffic noise even at night, and attracting less friendly individuals to underneath it at night time)

Disliked: receptionist could not give proper instructions as to how to get to the airport -something you would expect to be a common question in a hostel with many people travelling from other countries. we got lost in the middle of the night in the rain.

Liked: Good breakfast, close to bus station

Disliked: Shower room is not well designed, only cartain, no place to place my stuff. There was once I was in shower, someone just draw the cartain open; was feeling bad. No lockers the room, weird person appeared in the hostel..

Liked: Kitchen was fairly good and sociable. Close proximity to the station and centre/old town but tram connections not so good. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: No atmosphere. Next to a motorway. Toenails on the carpet of the bedroom! Some beds were uncomfortable. No lockers in rooms although there were boxes under the bed that were loackable with a padlock. Very average. Probable not nice if you're on your own. Better places for less in Prague.

Liked: Decent hostel. Interesting breakfast on offer. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Pretty standard.

Disliked: On more than one occasion we found people in our room who shouldn't have been there. Although we were issued with key cards and people were told to be aware and shut doors behind them, people kept getting in. So yeah, security wasn't great, be careful with your stuff and keep an eye on your belongings.

Liked: Everything in Prague is in walking distance to the hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs is lively and a good place to start a night out!

Liked: The breakfast is really good. I particularly like the salad and the cool fresh juice and the wide range of hem offered.

Disliked: The is bug in the hostel, I was being bit by some unknown insect and my whole back and shoulder just get the itchy rash, after a week, the rash is still there. Probably can only get cure after returning to HK

Liked: it was in the center of town.

Disliked: The paying of a big group did not go well. The receptionist forgot to mark down one payment so the next morning another receptionist asked us more money for the stay. It did not help that all of us had room keys. Although each person was given the room pay AFTER the payment.
