The rooms were realy nice and comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent, was a Hotel, rather than a hostel, with your own bathroom, very clean!

The price and the proximity with the center. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and nice.

A little far from the center, but the tram stop was outside the door so it wasn't an issue
They helped book our tours and get past language issues.
Rooms were spacious for a triple and cute.

Overall, excellent value for money. High quality room and breakfast in a very convenient location. However staff were fairly unhelpful and the general atmosphere was not all that pleasant.

Breakfast was the best we had ever found in a hostel. Staff very friendly. Room was the cleanest and best we had ever stayed in. We are already thinking about when we can visit again. Excellent

Very Helpful for directions, tickets. Could buy transport tickets from them. Breakfast was very good.

Great value for money, simple but fresh and tasty breakfast included, tram stop just outside the hotel (which made it a little noisy if your room window opens to the street), nice and quite neighbourhood with easy access to city centre. Unfortunately the hotel has no parking spots, but other parking options are available nearby at cheap prices.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry service was vey reasonable aand breakaast the best of our trip so far.
