The room was wide, the beds very comfortable. The location was not bad. The downtown area was about 15 minutes walk, and metro station Karlovo just a few blocks from there. The reception people were very friendly . I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travellers.

All in all - it was OK ;)
Extras like W-LAN, freezer in every room and a bigger towel (we´ve received only two small ones/person) would be nice!
