The Residence currently offers lovely apartments - very cozy and completely reconstructed and furnished with Italian elegance, while also considering the historic style of the place. Our flats include: kitchen, private bathroom, stereo cd, TV sat, bed linen and towel, wireless and parking for free!

Services included in the price:
The apartment is cleaned before check in and every three days of the stay, any other cleaning or laundry ordered is charged separately.

Change of sheets and towels, which are provided every three days of the stay.

Water, gas and electrical consumption included.

All the apartments are equipped with a satellite TV with the possibility of choosing your favorite program among 160 channels from all around the world. You can select from English, Italian, Czech, German, Polish, French, Romanian, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and other languages.

Accommodation of small pets is possible, prior notification is required.

If required it is possible to use a private parking located in the inner courtyard of the building free of charge, or we can arrange parking in a guarded garage within 200m from the Residence that cost around 8 Euros per night.

TRAMONTO: Situated on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room and two bedrooms. Number of beds: 5+2.

LUCE: Located on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room, which also works as a bedroom. Number of beds: 2+1.

TRANQUILLO: Situated on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom. Number of beds: 3+2.

SOLE: Located on the ground floor, equipped with a large bathroom and a living room with a fridge and a cooker. Number of beds: 2+2.

LUNA: Situated on the ground floor, consisting of two bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room with a cooker and a fridge. Number of beds: 2+2.

METEORA: Located on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room, which also works as a bedroom. Number of beds: 2+3.

STELLA: Situated on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and a bedroom. Number of beds: 4+4.

ARCOBALENO: Located on the ground floor, equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, which also works as a bedroom. Number of beds: 2+2.

Location Information

The favorable location of the Residence will ensure you a very quick (5 minutes) and easy reach of the city center. We are located in the area of Karlin - the number 8 tram is recommended. You can walk easily from the Main Bus Terminal 'Florenc' which is on the Yellow Metro Line.
