Types of our rooms and apartments:
Type 0...for 1-3 persons...private room with a shared bathroom (bathroom shared for 4 rooms together)
Type 1....for 4-5 persons...two-room apartment with a private bathroom
Type 2...for 1-3 persons ....studio (one-room) apartment with a private bathroom
