there was nothing special about this place, but decent value for a bed. though we asked for a private double and got a room with three single beds.

Overview

This main hostel with the Travellers' Hostel central office is located 300 m from the Old Town Square.

Travellers Hostel was founded by Prague-native Petr Jelinek (a former civil engineer). The first hostel was opened only few months after the Velvet Revolution in the Czech Republic and the fall of the Berlin Wall, when the borders of the Czech Republic were opened to millions of foreign travelers for the first time in 40 years.
