Liked: Nice facility with swimming pool, sauna and a restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: On the first day they put us in a double bed room in the basement next to the washing machines, which was really crap. Afterwards we complained and they found another room for us.

Liked: Clean, Spacious, Great place for meeting people. Great showers

Disliked: Restaurant not always open, it kinda needs to be open for brekky everyday even if it's not going to be open for dinner in the off season. Especially as there are no self catering facilities on site for making breakfast, and nothing close enough to be convenient. WIFI only works in public areas.

Liked: I had a great time at this hostel - the staff were very friendly and happy to help in any situation. The rooms are far nicer than in your average hostel and they even make your bed for you prior to your arrival. The building is huge and has a great 24hr common area with comfy sofa's, free wifi and a free pool table. It wasn't so busy, but the staff used their extra time to make you feel and welcome and to ensure that you have a great time in Prague.

Disliked: Some of these negative reviews are uncalled for - to stay in a hostel of this quality for a surprisingly good price should make everybody leave happy.

Liked: Kinda cheap......

Disliked: Rude staff, very un-organised. Unclean. Has no atmosphere or character. Dodgy area. This hostel is like an empty office building, big, dark and creepy. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The place stinks, and is never cleaned. Dont stay here! SIR TOBYS ROUND THE CORNER is a million times better.

Liked: The hostel is nice enough, with decent facilities including a pool and sauna. The surrounding area is ok, but good transport links to the old town via tram. Fairly cheap overall for what you get.

Disliked: Staff were hit and miss, sometimes you would get someone helpful, sometimes you wouldn't. The bar is nice, large and clean but a seperate building so the atmosphere isn't great and they shut it at random times so you can't make use of the majority of the computers for internet use very often. The food is also a tad basic, but the breakfast was filling and served it's purpose. The hotel is located about 40 minutes walk to the old town so you need a tram (good value) or taxi (not good value at all). A little disappointing considering how impressed we were with Plus Berlin considering they are the same company. If I go to Prague again I would stay somewhere closer to the old town.

Liked: It was a very good price and the staff were helpful but not totally friendly

Disliked: It was in an area that was a little run down and was an hours walk to the city center. It was also pretty cold and drafty in the rooms

Liked: everything, people staff and stayers, atmosphere, location was only three stops to the city centre. sauna and pool for recovery. great hostel!

Disliked: no kitchen!!!!!! and one old dude that was working there! bit of an anal.

Liked: great atmosphere, easy to get into the centre (only three stops on train). cheap, seems to attract good going out crowd every night, due to the continuous bus abouts and contiki tours staying there. sauna and swimming pool for recovery. you wouldnt stay anywhere else.

Disliked: one of the staff (some old dude) bit anal, everything else all good.

Liked: The staff are really lovely, the facilities are great. It's my 2nd time staying here and I would stay again if I ever come back to Prague.

Disliked: It's a little bit out of town, but easy enough to get into. Only a 10 min tram or train ride

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful (city info, luggage storage, letting me use the scanner/fax). Clean, comfortable.

Disliked: Location was ok, though I prefer not needing to take the metro, which you pretty much have to if you want to get to the city center.

Liked: Great hostel with a swimming pool, private bathroom in the dorm, big safety lockers, great lounge!

Disliked: Far from the city center you have to take a 15 minutes tram that is three blocks away from the hotel

Liked: Good price, safe rooms. Sauna and pool is a real plus.

Disliked: Atlhough it is a really big hostel with lots of rooms, our room was in the basement.
