Customer reviewThe hostel is very large, and im sure when it is busy and everythings is open then it is a great place to stay, but during our stay we spent all our time in the city centre as we were extremely bored in and around the hostel. There was a free pool table which was great and free internet however it was impossible to use the internet as there is only 3 computers and no time restriction, so you need to hang around in hope someone leaves. |

Andrew MurphyI liked the suana. Beds squeak (doesent sound like a problem but trust me it is bad for the person under you), Breakfest is horrible, pool is not heated, food n drink over priced, no self catering facilities (I suspect out of order sign in both kitchens has been up for a while!) kicked out of main hall with bar, games, restrauant, internet and tv because of private function by security standing next to pool table until we finished last game and escourted us out as if beeing kicked out of night club (he is so tough, NOT!), fire alarm went off at 7am for 10 minutes, next morning at 2am alarm went off for an hour (there was a fault I was told) have not heard anything similar to an apologie, parking costs even though a massive private carpark half empty Overall just a big hostel with lots of stuff and RULES which seems more interested in catering for the tour buses which kept turning up. |

Customer reviewThe rooms were quite large & spacious, however we did stay in 1 room overnight which had bathroom & toilet with transparent windows!!!!! Just as well we all knew each other! The rooms also lacked decent curtains - there were massive gaps between the venetian blinds & being on the ground floor, people from outside could see in especially for those sleeping on the top bunks! The rooms were also quite clinical - felt like being in a hospital more than holiday accommodation. The corner room surrounded by windows was also quite cold at night. I wouldn't agree with "delicious, local & affordable meals" - the owners were Italian & this definitely showed in their food. It was also not that cheap - 6 Euros for a meal that was more lettuce & tomatoes than anything else! Also the "crisp white bed linen" turned out to have massive holes in it!!!!!!! It was a rag my mum would have used to clean the kitchen floor! The girls' rooms did not have big bathrooms at all!! + the toilet was missing it's top lid!! Not bad for 1 or 2 nights stay but they def need a refurb at this place!!!!!! I'd also rather stay somewhere more central as it was a way out...but there is an awesome bar/club nearby: Cross Club, which is worth going to see all it's crazy machinery whirring above your head!!!! |

Andrew BlainGreat common area, place to meet others. Unfortunately the kitchen was ´´closed´´ so that forced you to eat from the pricey resturant or try and find another place in the area to eat. But the hostel itself was very good value for money, free internet and a great breakfast, enjoyed the make your self toasties. I would stay there again. |

Adam VernoneA bit of a trek from the main Prague station (have to get another train to Holesovice station) but its amazingly good value for money considering the quality of the dorms and that you get a swimming pool and sauna included in the price!! About 20 minutes on the tram to get into the centre. |

Customer reviewThere are good points and bad about this hostel. Our room was pleasant and clean and it's good value for money, but this is the czech republic so everything is much cheaper. However, it was great to have a pool and sauna to use. The worst part about this hostel was the food and the location. It's quite far out of town and although it was easy to catch a tram into town, we never quite figured out how to get back (it wasn't the same) leaving us with quite a long walk home. The restaurant on site was the poorest excuse for Italian food I have possibly ever had. Yuck. You can eat ten times better for the same price in town. And don't get me started on the breakfast...there's a reason why it's free and that's because the food is out of date. They supply stale white bread that they probably get out of a dumpster, the sort of bread you feed to pigeons, tasteless white cheese and some indistinguishable meat. They have a sandwich maker though, to help you forget about the stale grossness. Overall, it's quite ok to stay there, just don't eat there and figure out how to get the tram back! |

Customer reviewThe best hostel I've stayed in. Very clean and modern. The price is amazing considering you get free breakfast every morning. It's 10-15 minutes on the tram into Prague, so it's very easy to get in and out of the city. Plus, the trams run 24 hours (although reduced frequency from 12-4am). Great hostel, great city! Highly recommend! |

Customer reviewi liked my whole stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpfull! The rooms were big enough with a shower in the room! Even in the dorm so that was comfortable! You even get a free breakfast. It's not that special but very reasonable for the price you pay! TOP accomodation if you like the backbackers atmosphere! |
