Liked: It is in a great location - very close to a lot of sites. The staff was pretty helpful as well. The free breakfast helped save a little money too.

Disliked: It would help if there were more showers (only 4 for everyone) but I just got up early and it was not an issue.

Liked: Tremendous value for money. I paid for 4 nights in an 8 person dorm and got a room for myself for the entire stay. Location is outside city center, but not an issue because of public transport. In reality, its BETTER being outside city center because everything like restaurants, groceries, etc near the hostel are SO much cheaper.

Liked: So fun and easy to meet people and the staff was extremely helpful!

Disliked: They did not check my id when i needed a new key. And a little dirty in the bathrooms.

Disliked: Staff could give more tips on Prague sightseeing/tours on offer. Had a lot of trouble with the wi-fi.

Liked: It is clean, Lively and a great place to meet people! Interacted a lot, staff was endlessly helpful and the restaurant/bar was great to start off your night.

Disliked: Maybe the location, but it is close to a tram stop.

Liked: I stayed there with my sister, who's birthday was the day we left. The night before, the staff gave her a gift of a bottle of wine and a card. That was thoroughly unexpected and pleasantly surprising.

Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and always willing to help. The lobby was big enough to meet people and it also had the restaurant next door for more space. Room was great! Lockers, in suite showers and it was all really really clean. Although location is not the "best," its only one stop by tram from the metro. If you like to party, a cab from the city center was only 150 Krowns split 4 ways.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: nice and clean hostel, sauna and pool offered for free, very kind and helpful stuff 24/7, good value for money

Disliked: nothing really. the hostel is out of the city centre, but that s not really a problem since it s 15 mins away from it with public transport and there s a night tram too. also the walls are thin, so i suppose it could get noisy at times.

Liked: The room was large and the shower was hot with awesome water pressure.

Disliked: We booked a private double, but they put us in a room with four twin beds. When we asked for the double that we had booked, they said they couldn't accommodate us. Our bed was not made and our sheets were not changed for the 3 nights that we were there. They did not have any blowdryers to use or any laundry soap to use or buy for the laundry room. The facility was okay, just very bare bones.

Liked: The staff were fantastic and the bed comfortable.

Disliked: There was not curtains, blown light bulbs, only thin blankets. It was in the process of been renovated so no bar, breakfast or kitchen facilities were available. We did not know this until after we checked in.

Disliked: very average breakfast and the squeakiest beds I've ever experienced, could hear every toss and turn

Liked: Very helpful staff...were alsways available when help/advise was required. Hostel within easy reach of city centre, with tram. Possibilty to purchase buffet breakfast aslo a great way to start the day! Car park within the premisis is also a great asset. Room was clean and of decent size.

Disliked: Richard left no negative feedback.

Liked: Bar on site is goodFree internet

Liked: The rooms were big, there was a nice sauna (didn't get to try the pool but it looked nice), the bar/restaurant was hopping.

Disliked: Like I stated above, the "Girls Plus" amenities were pretty much a rip-off- the rooms were fine but not worth the extra money. There were also some problems with the room- most of the blinds were missing on the large window facing the back alley and the bar, so everyone working outside and coming out of the bar at night could watch you. It was very difficult to arrive at the hostel late at night, and I was given unclear directions over the phone. I also want to point out that, as my travel plans changed, I called and asked nicely if there was any way I could cancel the first night of my reservation, even though it was less than 24 hours. They said no, I would have to pay for it anyway. Which is their right to do so, but as there were plenty of beds free that night, it's not like I was creating a problem for them. They should have just been understanding about it and let me change my reservation.

Liked: I liked the attached bar which provided a place to mingle with other travellers.

Disliked: I disliked some of the staff. There were people working there who were rude and people working there who seemed to be incompetent, for example not have a clue how to work the booking system of the hostel. There were other members of staff who were friendly and very helpful though, so my negative comments are not representative of all staff.

Disliked: Lots of large groups of bus tours and not alot of fun for a sigle backpacker.

Liked: The staff was friendly and gladly moved us from a shared dorm to a four bed single-sex dorm with only one extra girl (without needing to pay more). the idea of the swimming pool is nice, though we didn't use it. Security w as very good.

Disliked: It takes a while to reach this hostel. The curtains in our room was stuck/broken and we struggled a bit to get some privacy from the street without waking our sleeping roommate.
